Highly recommend.

I've lived in the same house with the same gas fireplace for 4 years.  Each year I have someone come out and inspect the fireplace to make sure everything is in working order and I'm not going to blow the house up.  This year I picked LCS.
I asked to have a fireplace cleaning/inspection done and since this is pretty routine there isn't a lot to say but I did want to point out a couple of things.
Pros:  Cleaning was the most thorough of anyone I've used.  Cleaned all the logs, left the shop vac running and stuck in the fireplace while he climbed on the roof and knocked all the soot and gunk down, wiped down the glass doors, and tile in front of the fireplace.
Cons: This was the most I've had to pay to have the yearly cleaning/inspection done.  It's usually around the $75 mark.  I might have missed it but the inspection piece wasn't as thorough as others have been.  Usually they spend 10-15 minutes inspecting the gas lines and using their meters to check everything out (sorry for the lack technical terms but I don't remember what they told me they are doing).
Overall though did a good job and was very friendly and efficient.

Thorough, friendly, and I know it was a job well done. This company went above and beyond to find a place to schedule me (they book far in advance due to demand) before my baby was born. The house's ducts and furnace hadn't been cleaned in a long time and they knew it was important to us. Worth the price tag and I'd definitely use their service again!

On time and very professional.

Couldn't nail down an exact time due to morning jobs, but was within 15 minutes of original estimate. Totally reasonable given distance traveled. Curious, knowledgeable and reasonable priced. Thanks Jim.

LCS sent a qualified, helpful, and friendly young man to perform the chimney inspection.  He used remote camera techniques to fully inspect the chimney.  He did find cracks in the chimney and showed me photos.  There was no pressure placed upon me to use LCS to repair the chimney.
Based on the inspection, I will continue to use my fireplace with its gas log for the time being and will consider repair options at some point in the future.
If I do decide to repair the chimney so as to safely burn wood, I will certainly contact LCS for a bid.

I made an apt based on the reviews on Angie's list and the gal making the apt was very courteous and informative.  The cleaner was here about 40 minutes early, but he had to wait about 15 minutes because I was leaving from work to come home.  He was very knowledgeable and kind.  My damper cord was broken or loose and he found a way to fix it without having to replace it, which I really appreciated.  He said if this doesnt work I have a cord and it will cost $25.00 plus the labor to install it, but let's see if this will work instead.  He also educated me on the liners that usually go into the chimney because I have an older house and dont know much about it.  Overall I was impressed with the quickness of the service and the price was reasonable.  I would definitely use them again.

They did a good job. They were prompt and efficient. They were careful not to make a mess in our home. The price was very reasonable as our home is about four thousand square feet.

This company did a chimney replacement insert for me a couple of years ago and I started using them since then for routine maintenance and chimney cleaning.  I have been totally satisfied with their services.  They clean up their mess very well and clean up the entire interior of the fireplace as well.  The technicians have consistently been courteous and professional.  Have recommended this company to friends who have also been satisfied with their services.

The service man arrived right on time. He explained what he was doing as he went, and did a very thorough job. The work did take a long time, right around 6 hours.
