About us
Lakeland Behavioral Health System is a regional center for child and adolescent behavioral health. Acute services are provided to young people ages 3-17. The residential treatment program is designed for youth ages 9-20, and includes a specialized tract for males with sexually maladaptive behaviors. Lakeland Behavioral Health System features a fully accredited school for the education of both regular and special education students. Recreation activities include a pool, an indoor gymnasium, an exercise room, a vegetable garden, and two outdoor playgrounds.
