"Thank you (removed member name) for updating our review. I did have the girls come back to redo the cleaning and apologized for the one employees performance (which is no longer working here). I made sure to send back the girls for another eight man hours (four hours with two cleaners) completely free of charge. I also came back at the end of the job to ensure they did a great job. I am happy you were pleased with Neena and Tiffany. The only part of the statements that are incorrect were that I was rude. I understand your wife was unhappy, but I was not rude. I was in Jamesville (on the other side of Nixa) doing an estimate and did not have good cell phone reception. I could not hear what she was saying and the call got dropped. I did contact you to take care of the issue as soon as I got back to where my cell phone worked properly. I'm happy that we could come back and prove to you our staffing is good and well trained.
