I am very satisfied. We started out with a general cleaning to then come up with list of specific cleaning tasked for future visits.
The girls were both friendly and very professional as well as thorough and efficient. I'm a happy customer and look forward to working with them in the future. Thanks.

Jennifer and her crew are simply amazing! I had waited too long to hire anyone to help me with my home, and was very nervous about it. Jennifer was so friendly and immediately put me at ease--she was very polite and kind, and never made me feel bad for needing help! The girls are always sweet, and energetic--no job is too big for them--today, they even cleaned out our fridge without being told to--they show great initiative, and have a tremendous amount of pride in their work. Whenever I walk into our home after they have left it, I always have a huge smile on my face, and feel immediately relaxed. They have provided me with time that I can now spend with my kiddos, instead of being bogged down by cleaning chores all week. Jennifer is always very easy to get a hold of, and her communication is wonderful & timely. I am SO happy to have found them, and recommend them highly!

Purchased 4 hours of house cleaning (4 man-hours, which is fine). The cleaner finished in quicker time. I was given an opportunity to inspect but I just quickly glanced as I felt rushed. I did have to sweep up missed spots, dust in missed places, and wipe down switch-plates and mirrors myself after cleaner left.
Update: Jennifer of Jennifer's cleaning called and generously offered to make it right, which is a great business practice. Apparently there is a good deal of communication error between all parties involved and it sounds like Jennifer is planning to mend that. I appreciate her willingness to make things right and believe that she would if I needed. Mirrors, baseboards, switchplate covers, etc,. are not part of the cleaning task-list but as a customer, I was not aware of that.

"Thank you for the updated review. I called the radio station to ensure they were advertising the special for their loyal customers correctly. They assured me they were, but to take an extra step so this doesn't happen again we've taken the liberty of making a checklist off all tasks that can be completed during the cleaning time. As for the cleaning time, the certificate clearly states "up to 4 man hours". ALL our employees are paid hourly, so they should never feel the need to rush through a home. We strive to give our customers the best cleaning and customer service as possible. We appreciate the updated review and hope to do business with you again in the future. Initially there was a scheduling problem which Jennifer handled very courteously and professionally. The ladies who did the cleaning were great. They were friendly, thorough, and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We plan to use this company for regularly scheduled cleanings. Very happy with the service.

The cleaners did a good job (even though we'd forgotten the cleaning appointment and weren't totally ready for them). The only change we would make in the future is to provide our own floor cleaner for our wood floors (we have almost all wood on our main floor) so that they don't have to use an all-purpose product.
The two ladies were courteous and worked quickly, getting more done than we would have expected.

Arrived on time. After I listed areas needing cleaning, they did an excellent job. They offered to redo anything I wasn't satisfied with, but all work was fine.

Jennifer was very prompt on scheduling a cleaning date. She was very professional and willing to work around a moms busy schedule. The ladies did a wonderful and thorough job cleaning the house. It went well. They were very friendly. She asked if everything was being done like I wanted and asked me to inspect it when they were finished. There were some things that needed redone, however, they did that no questions asked off the clock.

Jennifer and her team did a wonderful job doing a deep clean on my apartment. I'm a bachelor and don't do good at keeping up the cleaning, so I'm sure they had their work cut out for them. They had it cleaned up better than when I moved in. I'm definitely going to have her team start a bi-weekly cleaning routine.

Jennifer and her team did an amazing job deep cleaning our newly purchased home that had years of built up dirt and grime. As I had never used a housecleaning service before, Jennifer was very kind and patient in answering all my questions. She kept me up to speed on the progress, and even sent pictures since we hadn't moved in yet. I feel she went the extra mile in the cleaning process and really took pride in her work. Some people are concerned about the details, and I feel Jennifer is one of those people! I would fully recommend Jennifer's Cleaning Service.
