Went fine. They were at the house longer than agreed, and I appreciated that they stayed to get the job done. It was a basic cleaning job and they performed it perfectly adequately.

We found them very likable, efficient, and thorough. We have contracted for them to come on a regular basis.$

We had tried a few other companies before we found ASAP Cleaning that were not good at all. ASAP does an excellent job! I am glad we found them. Carla and Kevin are kind and trustworthy which was very important to me. They clean our house every 2 weeks at a reasonable price. Great job!

Carla and her husband did an excellent job. They performed all the cleaning I requested and it was was very much to my satisfaction. They even swept off my front porch, which I did not ask them to do! I am very satisfied with the job they did, and would recommend them highly.

He did an excellent job! He did an excellent job. I had quite a few stains, that had been there for several years and he was able to remove almost all of the stains (pet stains, grease stains, and other stains that i could not identify). FANTASTIC!!! I had tried removing them myself and they just came back time after time. That was when i decided to have an expert clean the carpet.

I like the way they dusted and swept the floor. The cleaning was not all that done when they had to clean the surfaces. They weren't as clean as I thought they should be.

It was great! Carla came out to look over the house and give me an estimate. She was very nice, punctual and assessed my home fairly. We agreed upon the price and a date to provide her services. When the day came for the cleaning Carla and Kevin came right in ready to get to work. They worked hard and were very eager to please. Even though it was their first time at our house they got to work and I did not have to stand over them and micro manage. They know their business and perform it well. I remained in the house while they cleaned and worked in the office. When it came time to clean the office Carla worked around me until I had time to shut down the computer and let her have to the room. Dusting, scrubbing, polishing, vacuuming and more....they did it all. I had just had the air ducts cleaned and things had dust on them from before the ducts were cleaned and even more right after ( until things settled down). So, they had plenty to dust. Most of the flooring was new and they took special care to clean it properly (new laminate- Pergo) and even cleaned up some paint marks and heavy scuffs on the old vinyl flooring in the laundry/mud room. I have a rescue dog that is afraid of anyone coming into the house. She barks and carries on. But to my amazement, she took to both Carla and Kevin and stopped barking pretty quickly and even engaged them in playing...remarkable! That is a testament to their kindness, gentleness and good hearted nature - that is important to me in having someone in my home. We discussed what would be a good plan for keeping our house clean. Carla and Kevin will be back in a month. I look forward to seeing them and having them put their sparkling clean touch on our home once again. It was a pleasure to have them in our home...and what a beautiful job they did! Now, I understand that this is the first time I had them in to clean and lots of people put on a good "show" the first time and then things slack off after that. I do not expect that to happen with Carla and Kevin. But I will update this review in a few months to let you know...in the meantime we are enjoying our wonderfully clean home.

They did okay. I just think they need to be detailed. I am not planning on having them back. I looked them up on Angie’s List. They were a little late, but they said they had problems. They called me right back and told me that they would be a little late. She said there was a mix up with the time when they were supposed to be here.

They do a wonderful job cleaning and are always willing to do any extra that we ask. The house is spotless when they finish and always smells so wonderful - clean and fresh. They are very pleasant to work with and very professional. We feel that we definitely get our money's worth for our cleaning. We would recommend Carla and Kevin to anyone looking for someone to clean their house!

We have had Carla clean our home for the past 3 years.  She is always on time and does a very nice job. We have approximately 4000 square feet and I ask her to only clean the upstairs, which would be approximately 2000 square feet.  I had searched for a housecleaner for nearly 2 years before I came upon Carla.  She is the best I've found out of the 4-5 others I had tried.  She and Kevin are very kind, caring, and friendly people.  If there is something extra I want done all I have to do is ask and it's done.  I would be lost without her and Kevin.

Not only do Carla and Kevin do a fantastic job cleaning my home, but I trust them - which is one of the most important things you can find when you're inviting someone into your home. After employing them for over a year, I consider them friends. They care about my family, and I care about theirs. They are great about communicating with me and staying in touch. They're very dependable - I can count on them to show up when they say they're going to show up - and it's been that way consistently for the past year. I appreciate the job that they do - I love coming home from work to an impeccably clean house. I also feel that they're very reasonably priced. I pay $100 every two weeks for them to clean my split-level three-story home. Also, this may feel like a small thing to some, but to me it means the world: they're very kind and loving to my dog. My dog is a runner and tries to escape every chance he gets. Carla and Kevin are very careful so that there's no chance he can get out of the house and, as a result, I don't worry about it! All these little things add up to a job VERY well done!

I contacted Carla to get a quote on cleaning of two bathrooms and a kitchen of a rental house that my husband and myself were getting ready to rent out. She answered my call right away and we set up a time for her to meet me at the house the next day to do a walk through and get a quote. She arrived at the rental house on time and we went through the house and I explained exactly what I wanted done and what I wanted her to focus on. The house was not filthy but is just old and has built up grime from years of neglect. The worst part was the tile floors in the bathrooms and kitchen as well as the tile shower. I told her that I would like her to focus on cleaning the grout of the floors as well as the general cleaning of the areas. We discussed that the grout didn't have to be "perfect" as I understood it was an older house with many years of neglect and it would be impossible to get them looking like new. I just wanted the surface grime to be cleaned up and the floors to be presentable. We agreed on a price of $100 which I felt was reasonable. She said that she would likely be able to clean it two days from then but she would call on that day and let me know. I had to work all day on the day that Carla was to come clean the house so I gave her the code to the keypad entry for the garage. She called me to tell me when she was Iat the house and about to begin and I told her I had left her a check in the cabinet for the quoted amount. She called me when she was done and told me to call her after I got a chance to look at her work.
I have to say I was really disappointed in the work that had been done. Simple things like the mirror in one of the bathrooms still had marks and streaks on it. The tile shower still had little hairs stuck to the wall of the shower and obvious dirty marks that had not been wiped up. I doubt she even tried to clean the shower at all. All the oven had needed was a wipe down and maybe a bit of scrubbing of a few parts but I found she must not have even wiped a sponge over it because it looked exactly the same. The kitchen sink still had marks on it that a simple wipe with a sponge would have cleaned. Not to mention, I'm sure she didn't even attempt to clean the grout of the floors. I know this because I ended up cleaning them myself with a little elbow grease and cleaner. This is just a short list of what was bad. She didn't even do other basic stuff like wiping out drawers and cabinets that we discussed.
To her credit, I'm sure if I would gave called her with these complaints that she would have come back and tried to fix the problems but I figured it was more trouble than it was worth and that I would just clean it myself and swallow the $100 lost. So, no I did not give her a chance to fix these things. I was just so appalled at what seemed like such a lack of effort that it wasn't worth it to me. If you want something done right. . .
I would not recommend ASAP Cleaning or Carla's services. Yes, she was cheap but I'd say the areas were only about 20% cleaner than previously. She was prompt and courteous but severely lacking where it counts.

They are fantastic! Professional approach. Met us and looked over our house, gave us an estimate, and asked questions about what we were particularly looking for. We have a weekly arrangement and our house is spotless!!! They are a good team, and entirely trustworthy. I would highly recommend them. Plan to continue their services - in addition to all that, they are very nice people.

Nobody will ever clean your house like you would clean it.  Having said that, both employees worked very hard and were very open to our suggestions on what to do and if we noticed something they missed.  Both were very nice and easy to get along with.  We had purchased a house and asked for help in cleaning it top to bottom to get ready for our arrival.  Overall I think they did a good job - I have not noticed an area that looks as if it was not cleaned.  I was honestly surprised that everything looked so good as you just do not expect high quality sometimes (at least I don't even though I always hope I am wrong).  They made a scratch on our wall and tried to fix it with the incorrect paint color.  They were willing to pay for the fix but we are trying something else to get it done right.  I have no complaints with this company and would use them again.

Carla and Kevin cleaned my home from top to bottom.  They did an excellent job.  The bathrooms, baseboards, fans, everything dusted and clean.  They worked the entire time they were there and left things in great shape. I will use them again and would recommend them to others.

I called and got a walkthrough scheduled to see how much it would cost to have my house cleaned.  The person I spoke with responded quickly and came to do a walkthrough and schedule a day to come and clean.  Up to this point things seemed to be going fine.  When I came over after they were done cleaning the house smelled like it had be cleaned, but I was able to run my finger along several surfaces and get dust and dirt. The floors are still disgusting to walk on barefoot and there was obvious dust and small pieces of trash (paper, screw, etc..) in the cabinets.  The only thing I could tell for certain they had done was clean my toilet bowl.  I am very disappointed with the service I received and will never be using them again or recommending them to anyone.
