To better serve you we do all of our estimates face to face and determined cost by the job to make sure we can give you the best pricing possible. Its important for me to make sure that every customer is satisfied with the work I preform. To insure that every customer is satisfied we will do a walk-through together before I leave your home, at the end of the walk-through I ask that you sign off only if your 100% satisfied .

I have to say I was really disappointed in the work that had been done. Simple things like the mirror in one of the bathrooms still had marks and streaks on it. The tile shower still had little hairs stuck to the wall of the shower and obvious dirty marks that had not been wiped up. I doubt she even tried to clean the shower at all. All the oven had needed was a wipe down and maybe a bit of scrubbing of a few parts but I found she must not have even wiped a sponge over it because it looked exactly the same. The kitchen sink still had marks on it that a simple wipe with a sponge would have cleaned. Not to mention, I'm sure she didn't even attempt to clean the grout of the floors. I know this because I ended up cleaning them myself with a little elbow grease and cleaner. This is just a short list of what was bad. She didn't even do other basic stuff like wiping out drawers and cabinets that we discussed.
To her credit, I'm sure if I would gave called her with these complaints that she would have come back and tried to fix the problems but I figured it was more trouble than it was worth and that I would just clean it myself and swallow the $100 lost. So, no I did not give her a chance to fix these things. I was just so appalled at what seemed like such a lack of effort that it wasn't worth it to me. If you want something done right. . .
I would not recommend ASAP Cleaning or Carla's services. Yes, she was cheap but I'd say the areas were only about 20% cleaner than previously. She was prompt and courteous but severely lacking where it counts.
"Hi [Removed member name] - I am sorry that you wasn't satisfied with the kitchen floor and bathrooms- remember I told you that we will do the best we can- because the house is so old - you agreed with me and said do your best that I could - i called you to tell you- I scrub about 2 hrs on my hands and knees - trying to lighten the grout- but it just wouldn't get to my satisfaction - but I call you and left you a message and told you to please call me back - but you didn't - the bathroom was the same way I told you when we both was standing there - that we will do our best - but they are in such bad shape- because of the oldest of the house - you agreed and said just do your best - because you wanted to put the rent sign up Friday - that's why I set that price at $100 dollars - just in case if I couldn't bring it back sparkling - I wish you would have return my calls back - before it got to this review - I apologize"
