Salesman/installer was very polite and professional, excellent, and cautious. We had Rainsoft years ago, but the system would not shut off, so we just unplugged it, we had issues with this unit, but all is well now!

These folks are very professional. Chris knows the answers to every question we had. He gave an excellent and very thorough presentation of the Rain Soft water softening system. Meanwhile, Andrea was always on top of things with every email I sent. She or Chris responded almost immediately with answers to our questions. Installation was done professionally and they explained all we needed to know about operation and maintenance of the unit. I would definitely recommend using Aquasani if you are looking for a good quality company.

Did a very good job, run into a little trouble on the remote drainage but figured out what needed to be done came back and did it right. Water quality is immediately great as advertised. Would recommend them to anyone.

Love the soft water system. Customer service-not so much. The day my system was installed the installers only had one bag of salt. ☹️☹️☹️They promised to come back and fill the tank but of course I never saw them again. Because I am an old lady and can t lift the bags of salt I asked Aquasani, when we were signing contracts, if they would keep my system filled. Culligan offered that service and it was so handy. Aquasani didn t offer that service but agreed to keep my system filled. Unfortunately, I didn t get anything in writing and there has been no further contact with them.
