I had a leak in the wall of my laundry room and the cement barrel were my shut off valve was had 4in of water in it.When i told them this and thought they were coming over to fix my leak. 2 of them showed up-Since i knew it would be no fun getting under my house I didn't care if the took a peice of my wall out . They obviously did want to -they briefly
looked in my laundry room and then went out side looked around. Then they told me it wasnt under my house in the back it was the main line coming from the city -IN FRONT. No indication of this leak in the front or side yard. They said they'd need to tear up the front and side yard and lay new pipe(this still didnt explain the leak in the back of my house) and it would be $$$$ but there boss will call me with an estimate in the next few DAYS- -AND SHUT MY WATER OFF.and WANTED $55 for there SERVICES-AND NEVER HEARD FROM THE BOSS. The only reason I didnt think to protest i was in shock since my water bill is usually less than $30 and my yard looked fine. To begin with I never would have paid for an estimate -NOT THAT I GOT 1-So what was that $55 for I already new i had a leak . I feel like they took advantage of a naive single women who was scramblng to keep her house a float -I

They were prompt. They were good. I thought the price was fair. They tell us, what day they are going to come in.

We got hit by a tornado. We got bids from $8,000 to people who wouldn't give bids. We called Brian at Legacy and he came out the next day and gave us a bid. It took him about 5 minutes to give us a bid and it was about 1/3 of what everyone else had bid. The guy is a master, he's so good and fair. He came out yesterday for a small job and ended up charging me $50 for a service call and I expected it to be $700.

My family moved into a new house to discover the water heater wasn't working. There weren't many Angie'sList reviews, so we asked around and went with the recommendation from a family friend. Despite having a very busy day, Brian came to my house to service the water heater on his way home, well after six in the evening. He answered all of my questions thoroughly, was extremely polite, worked quickly, and gave me lots of information that I was going to need for future work. He was also familiar with the utility rebate program we are trying to utilize and seemed to be very open to working with us to get the best product at the best price. After the glowing review from our friend and the wonderful way he was in our home he will definitely be getting our business for our future renovations.
