Hi [Member Name Removed], The managers at Mid America Service have read your review and are very sorry to see that you weren't able to give us A's in the survey categories. We strive every day to to do our very best and to provide customer's with superior service. I see from my records that our technician Justin came to your home on Saturday, Dec. 19th, to diagnose your washing machine because you were having trouble with the door. On Thursday, Dec. 31st, Justin returned with a new door seal/gasket/boot and installed it on the door and tested the rest of the washing machines functions. I am very sorry if Justin arrived late or not within the time frame you were promised. Our technicians do their very best to stay on schedule each and every day, however there are sometimes outside factors that hold a technician up or make him late to a service call.
