"Dear Customer, I apologize that you are not completely satisfied with our service. When our technicians come out for the activation of your system their job is to: adjust all of your sprinklers if needed, check your controller for spring settings, assure that there are no leaks in your system, and make sure that your system firing on all cylinders. If the system is not operating properly, they are to inform you of the problems with then system . Additionally they should have solutions available with costs of how to fix the problem. As far as the controller is concerned, everyone's yard needs different water schedules based on slope, shade, sun, soil, etc...Your controller and time may be set to operate a specific way during one Month, and need a completely different setting another month because of weather conditions,. It is ultimately the customer's responsibility to adjust those settings as needed. If you would like us to come out and adjust your settings, then there is typically a charge to do so. However we do try and work with are customers as much as possible with these type of things, as you will find be reading some of our other reviews.
