It went well.  The workers were curtious and cleaned up after it was complete.  They made sure I understood how the system worked and I have been satisfied thus far.

We spoke to 3 companies before going with Metro. Pricing was competitive and Nick was very thorough in explaining all features, costs, etc so we could get exactly what we needed. The installation went very well. The technician took time to explain all features of the system during the walk through. Nick and his team were very responsive when we had questions.

Although installed 2 years ago I  still had some questions re: many functions on the Controller for the system .  Jerry, their representative was very thorough and patient going through the system and also answering my questions.  

There had been a previous invoice error and when I contacted them they quickly rectified the error by discounting my annual service for that amount.   I was  comfortable with this solution.   

I am sure there are many different prices to install new irrigation systems in the marketplace.    I am comfortable saying that this company will provide first class installation and their follow up service is exceptional.

They were right on time. Very good, they were very friendly, very professional. I have nothing to compare them to but I think they stand on how they did everything. I was impressed for what we paid, they were really thorough.

The workers did a really good job.  I have had them since for 12 years.  I like that they call for reminders.  They are very courteous.  The workers had come out and done some work that is quite well and most of them knew me.  They hire Mexican guys for the labor.  They have been good.

Great. They worked with me to find the best solution to minimize cost and still provide the best coverage.

We have used Metro for a couple of years for their basic service pack.  They have been prompt, professional and very helpful. 
This past year Metro also helped us in locating and repairing heads & lines after a major construction project in our backyard.

it went very well.  I pay my annual fee for the contract and my sprinkler gets turned on, tested, and serviced.  In the fall it is prepared for winter.  When I have need tiems repaired it is done quickly and professionally.  The service person is curteous and is on time.  I also use Metro for my lawn care program and they do an excellent job.  I have used them for 10 years and I am completely satisfied.

I've been a customer of Metro Lawn Sprinklers & Landscapes for more than 5yrs. I called them on the recommendation of my neighbor and haven't regretted it. When I call, the office staff is always professional and friendly. They are well informed and are able to answer my questions. The technicians always show up on time and are friendly as well. The technicians always verify with me the work they are performing before they begin. When they see a problem, they consult with me and give me the options and impacts without any pressure. I never feel like I'm being pressured to buy or sign up for something that I don't want. They have responded rapidly to any mid-season system issues I've had.
I take advantage of Metro's convenient single pay option for my Spring / Fall service. I am a very happy customer and make it a point to recommend their service to all who ask. I plan on being a customer of Metro Lawn Sprinklers & Landscapes for a long time.

They were very good to work with. The estimator was excellent, responsive and timely. The company is very easy to get a hold of. The guys who installed the sprinkler system were prompt and also easy to work with. They were middle of the road for pricing but we liked working with them the best. They were honest and I would recommend them highly. We would like to use them again for future landscaping projects and work around the outside of our house. The guys showed up when they said they were going to show up, made minimal mess outside, explained everything to us. It was really hassle free!!

We have been very happy with the Metro Lawn sprinkler and the service they provide.  I remember that they were very professional, prompt, and respectful of our yard and our home.  There was not a lot of dirt or mess.  It is easy to set up appointments to get the sprinkler turned on and off.  I know that when we had our sprinkler installed they were a bit more expensive than some companies, but I also know that customer service is very important to me, and they provide excellent service.  When my husband backed over the sprinkler head when it was above the ground in October; they offered to come out and fix it right away, or if I wanted to save the cost of an extra service call (since they were scheduled to come out in a couple of weeks) they told me how to shut off that section of sprinklers so it wouldn't shoot water into the air, and then they fixed it when they came out to service the system.  I have not needed any additional lawn services, but if I do, I will definitely call them.

They are always timely in reminding us when it time to service the system.  The service person was well dressed and very polite.  They performed all services promised and let us know that all was well.

Great! They have always been prompt and friendly. Very thorough as well. My husband and I would highly recommend them.

The devised a perfect system for our particular yard since our house sits on a hill. I am a particularly fussy yard person and always moved all the hoses myself so to see the system work wonderfully for all of these years has been amazing. They explained to me how to use it and how to save money on water usage and also how and WHEN to water in really dry and hot times.
They have a great incentive system to pay early that allows you a discount if you pay by March 1st for maintenance for the whole year. It includes an option to come out in mid-summer and readjust the sprinklers to make sure they are working properly.
We had a new snow removal man last year who was not very good and knocked a few tops off the sprinklers. But when they came to replace and fix them the cost was most reasonable.
The full summer program costs $283 with the inclusion of the mid-summer checkup.
I appreciate that this company does such a great job not only in their systems but the people who work for them are polite, knowledgeable and on time.
The office is also excellent at setting up times that are convenient for me when I am in and out of town.

Have used their service for years.  Are always on time and have excellent personnel.  Also sends out pre-season reminders wit the option to pre-pay for the entire season at a discount.  Would hi9ghly recommend their services.

Very well.  I would advise others to schedule a mid-season check as the low pay-ahead cost will avoid higher emergency service call as summer mowing and high use take their toll on the sprinklers.

Metro Lawn Sprinklers installed my system about six years ago.  My original system was around $4,000.  They did an excellent job of setting up the zones and recommending the correct sprinkler heads.  When there was an area that didn't seem to be covered, they came back and installed an additional zone and three heads at no additional cost to me.
They have serviced my system ever since and are always courteous, punctual and thorough.
I highly recommend using them for your home or business system.

After getting bids from a few different companies, I found that I had to adjust my expectations of lawn/sprinkler companies in general.  The plans that they'd draw up for their bid were not terribly specific - and they focussed on coverage more than focussing on what grows where to address different water needs.  I found this was true with all companies, which blew my mind.
So, I picked Metro because all the bids were close, and companies had good reputations, but Metro was the easiest to contact on the phone and the quickest to reply when I had to leave a message.
The installation went well.  Hector was the only guy on the job who spoke much English, but the crew was generally friendly.  I felt they were hard-working on a very hot day, even though they did all take a little siesta - I had run an errand at one point during the day and came home to find them all napping on the lawn - most in the shade.
I asked some questions and they made adjustments on a few of the heads for me.
Based on this experience, I did sign up for service agreement for the coming season.
