Everything has gone very well. They have always kept their appointment times and performed in a very professional manner. During installation they encountered many large underground rocks but did not let it deter them from completing the installation in a timely manner. When I had a water leak they came out and inspected their system to help determine where the leak was occurring. With their help and that of St Charles water company it was determined that the leak did not in any way relate to the sprinkler system. It was however a relief to have them come out so quickly to determine that fact. The system itself is one of the most sophisticated systems available. It takes rainfall, temperature, soil type, inclines and shade percentages to determine the amount of water needed and when it is needed for our lawn. In the end I feel I have been treated fairly and professionally in all my dealings with METRO. I would recommend them to anyone looking to install a home irrigation system.

I've been using Metro for several years to service and maintain my lawn irrigation system.  Their service is very punctual and professional.  For this service date, the serviceman (Jerry Gray, Jr.) called ahead and arrived within the 4-hour service window that was scheduled.  The system was completely drained and blown-out, and the system prepared for the winter season.  Although I think that Metro's pricing is a bit higher than others for the same comparable services, I am very pleased with their consistent level of service and for standing behind their service (see below), and I plan to continue using them for my lawn irrigation system maintenance needs. 
During the spring start-up (04/30/14) for this package, there was a leak detected in the back flow system, which had been replaced by Metro in the Spring of 2013 (i.e., the prior year).  Metro repaired the leak under warranty (service and parts).

season.  Their secretary is efficient and friendly.  They arrive on
time, are helpful and professional, and have always done the job to my

Went great.  Came at the time agreed upon and provided the requested service.  My neighbor and I got our systems at about the same time so we try to schedule our services at the same time so Metro does not have to come out twice.

The service representatives always call to confirm the visit, arrive in the window promised and do a professional job of taking care of our system.  During very hot summers we recommend using the mid year check to fine tune the system to make sure all areas of the vegetation is watered properly.  Don't be afraid to ask questions and use the service technicians as a resource in getting the most from your irrigation system.

Metro Lawn installed our irrigation system in 2001 and we have had them servicing it every since by signing up for their Service Package.  Have not had any issues whether calling their office or talking with the service tech.  Have always found them helpful and professional.

We have recently added their lawn care program to our services and so far have been happy.

They were on time as they always are. We get the yearly service of starting up the system, checking all the heads and coverage, paying the county Inspection fee, making a mid year inspection, and an end of year shut down. My yard has been recognized as the best looking in the neighborhood, and I believe it is due to Metro's excellent service, recommendations, and follow-up. Their professionalism is unsurpassed by anyone that I have used in the service industry.

They did awesome. Very professional beginning with the office staff to the staff that came to our home to perform all of the services. Always performed services on time and as scheduled. They do not disturb us when they are here. Leave notices when they complete their services. Very knowledgeable when I asked questions.

We installed our sprinkler system in 1995.  We had 3 bids.  Metro was the middle price quote and our choice because of how they laid out the zones to capture what we would have for landscaping etc.  Other bids hardly covered what we needed.  We hired them and they open/close our system every year.  We are very pleased with their integrity, their service, their price and their technicians.  It is a comfort to know that someone is not trying to sell you something you do not need.  They also come back out if ever an issue.  Could not ask for better especially in today's world!  Thank you Metro Lawn Sprinklers!

The installations was quick, thorough, and professional.  The weather station is a great benefit to ensure I get the correct watering for the lawn.  My lawn looks 100% better than without this system. I have a lush green and healthy lawn.

I would use Metro Lawn again and I do for all my preventive maintenance.  I will use them for all my lawn and landscaping needs.

Working with Nick was really easy.  He understood what we wanted and made several recommendations.  He also modified the design to allow for some landscaping that we had planned but not yet completed.  We have also used them for the maintenance adn winterization each year.  The people are very good and always punctual.

We have entrusted most of our lawn care needs to Metro and they have generally provided a high level of service.
Appts for fertilizer, etc. are very low drag, they show up, let us know that they are there, and perform the service
Lawn mowing/trimming quality is very high and price is very competitive
We had one issue come up where fertilizer burned a few streaks into the yard, company offered services to make it right.
Barring any major issues, we will continue to use the company for all lawn care needs.

I can honestly say that they have never disappointed me. Even in the spring when they are extremely busy with irrigation system activations, their technicians, service department and office personnel are top notch. Always prompt and professional. They are very good communicators and they treat me like a valued customer.

Great, the lawn has been green ever since, OK, I have to mow more but I went from being the laughing stock of the neighborhood to having the best lawn. By the way, the workers were great. We had out of town guests and they still remark about how well the crew worked.

Everything went great, they worked very fast and left the job sight as if they were never their. We were pleased with the final outcome.

 I found out that the subdivision was replacing an old tie wall at the back of my property,  with a new rock wall, with an immediate start date.     I  left a voice mail with Metro on Friday Aug 15, after hours.    Monday morning Aug 18, I received a call from the office manager,  and he had representatives here by 10:00am  to take the appropriate steps readying my irrigation system for the new construction.   

 They provided a fast response, professional service, and the $91.00 was definitely in line for the immediate response considering the work involved.      I will continue to use them to service my irrigation system, and definitely recommend them to others.   

This is our second encounter with Metro, and again, everything was top notch, down to the last detail.  Neck Ferguson drew it up according to our vision, and then the installation was fast, on time and professional.  The crew - different people this time - were totally courteous, friendly, careful, and professional.
When the job was finished, the rest of the yard looked as good as possible, considering the work done, and they worked hard to make it look like it did before they started.

This is an update, because I don't think the first review does Metro justice.  I have seldom, in 70 years, found any company or the people who represent it more committed to doing a job and doing the right thing.

They are impressive.

From start to finish, Metro was the way to go. Nick was great and worked with all that I wanted done in a professional manner. Metro was the only company out of the three I bid out that really seemed to care. The work was done effectively and efficient. We had a small issue after the sprinkler system was installed and Metro was at my home within the hour to correct it. I cannot say enough good things about this company and Nick. I will be using them again when I do my fire pit and outdoor lighting. Thanks again Nick and the Metro Sprinkler Team!!

They were fabulous and also recently installed a sprinkler system for us. Both things they have done for us have gone very well. They started the system up again for us about a month ago and I really like Metro. They are very responsive and care a lot about the work that is being done. They have provided a lot of good ideas in terms of the landscaping. They are creative and used email a lot, which I need for my work. My point person likes to use text messages too, which is even better. We don't have to slow the work down if he is busy and I am busy.
