At Hot Shotz Mobile Power Wash, we offer a wide variety of high / low pressure cleaning for both commercial and residential customers. We have proudly served the St. Louis area since 1988. The owners, Brian and Gail Vance, believe in a strong work ethic. We work hard to do the job as if it were our own property. Our technicians are fully trained and insured, and all of our chemicals are biodegradable and non-hazardous to the environment.

Hot Shots was very professional and did a great job. We had an issue with the driveway and they came out immediately and took a look and went above and beyond to keep the driveway at its best (the actual issue was with the original pouring of the concrete/poor mixing and not with Hot Shots) I would certainly recommend them in the future.

The owner's assistant did a great and thorough job on the house. Not so great on the first pass on the deck. I got the impression that he didn't have a lot of experience with decks. After talking with the owner he made a second pass which was much better. Owner came out for the deck sealing and did some spot cleaning first. Very nice job and the deck looks great.

Hot Shotz power washed and sealed my driveway and front walk on my new construction home. They worked with me to schedule the work around the construction schedule. When I was finally ready, they were able to quickly do the work.

The areas were not cleaned properly.. mud and dirt was still all around the edges... then a water based sealant was applied... it appeared to be very lightly and pooled in spots... which is what I saw when I observed them.

He was here on time, he got the job done and left. He was very good. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. He measured it and it came out just what it was quoted as. He came in, told me what he was going to do, took the coupon that we had printed out and did the job. Everything was cleaned up when he left. He put sticks out with some ribbon over it so nobody would drive over it. He just came in, did the job and left and that's what we like! The price was fair.

Everything went really well. We had them do a little bit of extra stuff so it was a little bit more than what was advertised but that was something we knew ahead of time that we were going to ask them to do more. They were just efficient. We thought they did a very nice job.

When they power washed the steps ,the mud and dirt was washed to the bottom step and not cleaned up. Had to pay an additional $350.00 on top of what I already had paid. Would not use again.

"Sir I'm sorry for your dissatisfaction, first in the price you bought the big deal for $199.00 to clean & seal 700 sq. ft. of concrete an average 2 car drive, Which we have done for a lot of members with great results, Although your drive was a little over 1800 sq. ft. that's over a thousand extra feet to be cleaned and sealed. I told you on the phone it would be more only because we have been to your house 4 other times to clean.(sunroom, patio, front walk the porch, and the house) so I knew your drive was above average. We told you the extra cost the day of, before we started at that time if you were not happy with the cost that would have been the time to say something, I know some people think since they bought the deal their stuck with it but that's not how it is Angies list will refund you for the unused certificate and if they wouldn't I would have. Sorry I should have mentioned this but as much as you have used us in the past I know your home and its up keep are very important to you. So I would just figure you would want the protection that the sealing offers. And as for the steps being natural stone and embedded in to the hill side there is no way to clean them and not have some of the dirt and mulch not roll back on them, Plus we didn't even charge you for doing them. Again I'm sorry you were not happy, also disappointed in the grades you gave us I do take pride in what angies list members say and believe it a little unfair that after using us 4 time this is the only review you have left so I will take comfort in thinking the other times we cleaned for you were all A's. Owner contacted me very quickly after purchasing the deal. An appointment was scheduled and he called the night before as a reminder. He called the morning of to ask specifically what needed to be done because my online description of the what needed to be cleaned was vague. Concrete looks brand new now. A+++

It was incredibly easy to set up a mutually-agreeable time and date. The owner showed up on time, got right to work, and had the house sparkly clean. Even my back door that my retriever used as his "art project" last summer and winter is clean and free of mud I assume had been ground in forever!

Hot Shotz arrived on time and completed the job in a timely and professional manner.
We have a very, wooded lot and our roof was covered with debris and moss. It looks great after the cleaning. We also had the siding & gutters cleaned. The house looks like new.
Hot Shotz had previously cleaned and sealed our driveway another job well done. We had a portion of the driveway section caulked.

I paid a little more than the $199 because he did some extra slabs of concrete on my property. It was good but I should have talked to them about what sealant they were going to use. It only lasted one season. I was happy with the customer service but not happy with the sealant product.

It was a young man that came out. He was very pleasant that he reminded me of my grand kids. The reason for that is when he was washing the house and I went out there. He will stop and talk to me. I would look and tell him if he missed a spot. He would go back and do it. It was like he needed a company. It turned out fine. It was a pleasant experience. I thought we had a better job because I did go out with him. We were having some work done at the back of our house. I talked to the gentleman and told him what was going on. I told him to have the power wash before they start tearing up the park He says no and that we do it after the fall. They had a good price.

Shortly after buying the big deal, I contacted the provider. He was driving and called me back a few hours later to schedule. I got the next available appointment which was a few weeks later. On the day of the appointment, the crew arrived around 7:30 AM just as I was leaving for work. They came even though it was raining out. When I returned from work I was very impressed with the results. We have lived in the house 9 years and never had it cleaned. To be honest, it could've used a good power wash when we first moved in, lots of pollen on the siding. The crew even cleaned some lawn chairs I had outside which I was considering getting rid of because they looked so dirty. Later that evening, the owner called to check and see if we were pleased with the results.

I contacted Brian in February 2013 having found Hot Shotz on Angies list because i wanted the job done early spring. Brian called me back at the end of March, told me he would be out the first week in April. He also called the day before he powerwashed my home. He answered all my questions, telling me he would use a cleaner plus the anti-mold cleaner. He told me he would clean my windows so there would be no streaking from the cleaners. He has the right equiptment and he did a beautiful job for me, the house and the windows are so clean. I am thrilled to find such a nice contractor who does what he promises!!! I will be using Hot Shotz regularly for my powerwashing needs in the future.. And I am thrilled to have found this company. Highly recommending this company to my family and friends.

I bought an Angie's List coupon deal $189 (700sq. ft. for normally $385) + charged $25 for extra feet ($.55 extra sq. ft.) to power spray & seal our aggregate porch, walk, & driveway. Very nice & courteous owners did the actual work. Came when scheduled & no negatives. Will definitely use again.
