At Hot Shotz Mobile Power Wash, we offer a wide variety of high / low pressure cleaning for both commercial and residential customers. We have proudly served the St. Louis area since 1988. The owners, Brian and Gail Vance, believe in a strong work ethic. We work hard to do the job as if it were our own property. Our technicians are fully trained and insured, and all of our chemicals are biodegradable and non-hazardous to the environment.

"I'm sorry you feel this way that was not my intention at all I'm sure I was upfront explaining that a two car driveway is an average of 700 ft.² plus it is also in the ad that you called about 700 ft.² for $499 your driveway ended up being 1270 ft.² which is almost twice the normal size of the driveway so yes we needed to charge accordingly everybody else seems to have understood this except you and this I apologize for. This by no means is a scam it's clearly stated in our ad plus I reinforced that when I talk to you on the phone. After 27 years in business I don't think I would be receiving mostly A ratings and this is my first F if I was trying to scam people now. I am definitely sorry you're not happy with us but I highly recommend you get your new driveway sealed before the winter time if we can help you out by just cleaning it and you can save some money and seal it yourself or please look for another contractor to get that done because it would be a shame to let your new driveway deteriorate through the winter over the couple hundred dollars you might have to pay for it."

Purchased Big Deal which included pressure wash and sealing. I purchased a sealant with a 10 year durability which costs an additional $200. Hot Shotz power washed and cleaned the driveway and walkway and returned the following day and sealed the concrete. Driveway and walkway look clean an bright and only time will tell if sealant holds up.

A different guy came than from the guy I talked to. He seemed uninformed when he got to my home. The driveway he said was bigger than what the deal covered and it did not cover the sidewalk but we got it straightened out. This was the second that I used them and I was very impressed the first time but not so impressed this time. It is hard to tell the quality as you cannot see the sealing. They got the job done in a couple of hours. They also did work for my neighbor.

"First I want to say I'm sorry you were not completely happy with your service. It's hard for us to respond when these reviews come in four months after the work. But I see you last time you did pay over $300 and you gave us an A for the price and I know we were there on time so I'm not sure about the other grades that you gave us. And it's true the sidewalk is not included in the deal it is a driveway clean and seal up to 700 ft.² that's why I always recommend Angie's list members to call the contractors before they purchase any deal to go over any small details they might not read in the FinePrint. I am puzzled that you would give us all days the first time and an overall see this time I would think a repeat customer would definitely if they were not happy call and express their concerns immediately I hope you have a good year sorry this day wasn't thank you Brian"
