Plumber fixed slow leak in shower stall drain, found internal leak in bathtub spout (explaining the mildew smell), and recommended garbage disposal replacement (which we were already aware)

I am not a technician but, they diagnosed, replaced a part in the electrical part of the heating and A/C system. They were very professional, they made sure that we were satisfied. They needed a feedback. Overall experience, I will give them a good grade.

The service person came out within 24 hrs. to repair my freezer. He was able to identify the problem pretty quickly, based on what I told him, and what he saw. The defrost heat element needed to be replaced. He showed me the problem with the broken element. He had the part on the truck. He was efficient with time. Not much of a talker, but courteous enough. The price seemed reasonable to me for the service call, the part and the amount of labor it took to replace it. I would recommend and use this service again.

He found a few things in the bathroom, but he talked me out of doing the water heater, because he said that it was plastic and had a metal wrench, and said that if it breaks, we would have to get a new one. He said that if it was working, we should leave it alone, which surprised me. He didn't do the main thing that I brought him in for. He did find a few other things around the house. There were no additional charges on top of the $49 of the big deal. They responded fast. It was a little surprising to ask him to come out and do something, and then he talked me out of it.

AAA Appliance Repair did fine. The workers are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Customer service was good. They are pretty competitive on pricing. They came within the time they said.

I had been able to close the bottom freezer door door, which beeped every 2 minutes. I was overjoyed when Tyler, the AAA repairman, called and said he would be over from 12-4 PM.
When he arrived he was cheery, professional, and solved the problem in 5 minutes. He only charged me for a service call, because he said that the 5 minutes he was there was not (to his reasoning) a charge more than a service call. He was so nice, he would be welcomed back by me at any time I needed him.

It went fine. Nothing special at all. I have an older furnace so any heating and cooling person tries to talk me in to getting a new one...to be expected I guess. The worker they sent out was fine. The people who answered the phone (the owners maybe?) were rather brash and aggressive, I can live with that if the work gets done. For the cost I would at least expect a new filter to be put in. Isn't that part of seasonal maintanance? All the other companies I have used supplied batterries for the thermostate and new filter and were less expensive. They are one of those companies who does EVERYTHING, which always makes me think they are a jack of all trades but a master of none.

Interestingly we'd had it checked before by another company who told us the dryer wasn't balanced correctly. Obviously that didn't work. This time I think we've got the issue resolved.

They did a good job. The gentleman was helpful and prompt. He did the work and left. Due to the weather we had to reschedule the appointment which was not an issue because I was not in a rush for the service.
