The did an excellent job and were highly service oriented.

It went well. They were very quick but thorough with their. They do amazing work. They made the couch look brand new.

It took almost a year for their schedule and my schedule to mesh so that I could be home from work when they came to pick the furniture up. They said it would take up to 8 weeks for the repairs, but only took about 3 weeks. And then again had to take off early from work so they could deliver the furniture back to me.

They repaired the hinge very quickly. Their price was extremely reasonable given the fact that they drove quite a distance. They ended up charging me half of the original quote. They did a very professional job and I would recommend them.

I BROUGHT THE CHAIR TO THEIR SHOP, ALTHOUGH THEY DO HAVE PICK UP AND IN HOME SERVICE. EVERYONE WAS FRIENDLY AND WILLING TO HELP. THE OFFICE AREA IS SMALL AND VERY BUSY. IT TOOK 6 WEEKS TO GET THE CHAIR BACK, BUT IT WAS WORTH IT. THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB. EVEN THOUGH THEY FORGOT TO DELIVER THE FINISHED CHAIR TO THE UPHOLSTER AS PROMISED, I FORGIVE THEM AND WILL ALWAYS USE THEM WHEN THE NEED ARISES. (SEVERAL YEARS AGO THEY REFINISHED AN ANTIQUE CHIFFEROBE, 4 DRAWER CHEST AND A CHAIR FOR ME. THESE PIECES ARE GORGEOUS). THEY ALWAYS DO A MARVELOUS JOB.
