I hired Juan to paint several rooms in my home, repair my kitchen ceiling, and paint basement stairs. After discussing work needed he gave me a quote and I said okay, he text me later and said it would be more he’d miscalculated. Juan would say he’s be there at 9a but not show until 10a and then take lunch at 12 noon for 2 hours, come back and work until 4p. He did not complete the job by time promised but request I pay home for work completed and provided me a bill. On the bill we’re things he had not done including painting ceilings. When questioned he said, did I not paint the ceiling!? He did this in two rooms. He did not paint above my kitchen cabinets, he did not do two coats of paint on the stairs, and the ceiling repairs in the kitchen I paid top dollar for have already cracked. When questioned about all of this he offered to come back and finish the job, on his time, not at my convenience. I feel he’s very dishonest, knew he didn’t complete all work he charged for and would never have said anything. Also, he continuously complained about the paint fumes when he was hired to paint my house.

He painted 2 bedrooms a family room and our living room, He was meticulous and he's extremely professional. I would hire him to do everything if he had time.

He does wonderful work and his prices are reasonable. I’ve used him a few times now and am recommending him to some family members. Cant stress enough how happy we are!

Juan was amazing to work with. Juan came out to the house to bid the job, while he was there I was able to ask is professional opinion on paint colors and placement of paint. Juan is VERY knowledgeable, everything he suggested turned out better than expected. Juan is always on time, he lets you know what is happening every step of the way and what the cost will be. There were no surprise costs at the end of the project. Juan cleans up at the end of the day - my house was actually cleaner when he left than when he arrived! When I read the reviews for this company, I was very impressed. After this experience, I know who I will call whenever I need work done. Juan was responsive, explained what needed to be done, quoted a very fair price, set up a time that was convenient for me and got the work done quickly and beautifully. Everything went very well.

Job was estimated to take two days. But due to threatening rain, Mr. Su finished the work in one day, staying until the evening. Work done was outstanding quality. He is very professional and explains and gets approval for all work done beforehand so there are no surprises. We are quite pleased and plan to hire him for additional jobs.

He did a fabulous job -- meticulous, clean, thorough. Couldn't be happier with his service and professionalism.

We had several doors replaced in the basement, which had unique dimensions. Later when the house shifted again they had to be trimmed again, and Juan should have charged us more for the return visit. Sliding closet door tracks became damaged by flying children, and he special ordered heavy duty replacements which can withstand abuse, then installed the track and doors perfectly. Florescent light fixtures needed replacement plastic covers, which are unavailable, so they had to be custom cut, and he made extras for future needs. An old headboard had to be carefully cut to attach to a metal bed frame. He always has several creative options for solving problems that don't have obvious solutions. We got a very competitive bid for painting the outside of the house, but chose siding instead. He has offered expert advice on whether to replace external doors, and numerous other potential projects. He is punctual, hard-working, and kind. We trust his work completely.

Scheduling was very quick and easy. I felt the quality was excellent. This was my first time using their services, I thought they were professional and I liked him a lot. He was a very nice guy to work with.

The service provided was good. I had no problems with them. He will only work on the West County, which is part of the suburbs. And when he signed up for the with deal he said it only required suburbs and the metropolitan area. He was nice but he didn't want to come back because it was too far from his area of coverage.
