We have three lines with Verizon. They've done really well, I am happy with them. I will continue our service through Verizon.

I have used Verizon Wireless for a long time. My family uses Verizon as well. They are good. I have never had a problem with them. Rarely do I get any dropped calls. I just think it's a good service, so why change? The service is very dependable.

I had been quoted a price by Verizon over the phone for service. I then went into an actual store to purchase the service, when I informed them that I qualified for a discount they said they would have to have proof of past employment. When I came back, after having to waiting 30 minutes, the price had gone up $20 and I no longer could get the discount. I had called to make sure everything was OK and the same before making the trip, and I was told to come on out.
