The Office Manager was very friendly on the phone and easy to deal with. The Technician was late coming to my house but my Mother, who was there, said he was friendly enough. However, there was some mess left on the basement floor that I had to sweep up and I was super disappointed that they used a saddle valve instead of a higher standard valve. I let them know this and got no reply. The humidifier they installed does not bring up the humidity as much as claimed in the literature and is actually a different brand than what I had requested. They claimed it was exactly the same humidifier with a different name but I cannot find any proof of that on line. I wish I had shopped around more.

I had a great experience with Thomas Hoffman AC & Heating. Tom came to my house quickly, gave me lots of info. He gives off a quiet confidence when explaining the technical side of getting a new furnace that sold me on his proposal, even though his bid was slightly higher than the HVAC company I had been dealing with. Also, the team member he worked with, Britton, was a true gem... patient explainer, humorous, and left the furnace area neat as a pin afterward. the house was nice and toasty again within 24 hours of Tom's coming over.

They were quick to come help with my issue, and had it resolved within an hour. They did a great job!
