Nick was really great about explaining the situation during the service as well as showing me what pieces were being replaced. Being able to point out exactly what's wrong is so helpful! Replaced and moved on within the hour!

Great company! They put a new AC unit in and gave me what I needed. They did not try to up sale me and told me how to take care of the new AC unit. Amazing work and I will call them for everything going forward.

Thomas the owner called left message office mgr.called the next day to follow up then the owner, Thomas came out not an employee, the owner...where I was employed before retiring we always felt no one,nobody cares about their company more than the owner I was impressed that Thomas came out it was extremely hot out but he had a smile on his face nice outfit on and very professional. He got back with me sent a proposal it was everything I needed for replacement of the Central Air and heat. The price I felt was fair. I signed the proposal paid and BAAM we had a deal. It is not rocket science folks you just need the correct company.

The Tech was smart, fast and friendly. He found the problem right away and explained it very clearly. He finished by hosing down the condenser unit and running a full system checkout. I would use them again.

They came out after hours on an emergency request to see why our A/C stopped blowing any air. Typical St Louis weather of hot/humid and right before the 4th of July holiday weekend. The air conditioning went out over night, and by mid-morning the house was a steam room. I placed a request with HomeAdvisor and immediately called Thomas Hoffmann Air Conditioning & Heating. I thought that it would be hours until someone would be able to get out here, but within 30 minutes of my initial call they called back stating they have a pro available. He came in and repaired the initial problem, and then a few others in no time at all and by later afternoon the house was comfortable again. The are a first rate company and did a phenomenal job.

My AC broke down and was in the second day without AC. Called Thomas Hoffman and made appointment for same day,with them coming out later in the day. To add confusion my sons car broke down two hours from home and I had to drive to pick him up. As it turns out my appointment got scheduled for later in the evening. I had just arrived home and the service rep arrived 15 minutes later. He hot the unit repaired with parts he had with him. The AC got repaired and my townhouse started to cool down from 80 degrees to normal. I was able to sleep in peace and comfort. The cost was not cheap but well worth it. Problem solved.

Our service technician was fast, professional, and answered any questions we had about the service provided and continued maintenance (on our part).

The service guy was very knowledgeable very polite very friendly the only thing I wasn t so happy about was for the price they don t give you any kind of warranty not even a 30 day warranty or anything I was quite disappointed with that because I feel with the amount of money I paid I should have been given some type a 30 day warranty or something other than that the service was great and the arm service person was nice and friendly and very knowledgeable

Great people, extremely polite and knowledgeable. Had 2 units acting up and quickly figured out the evaporator coils needed to be replaced due to horrible leaks due design flaw and class action lawsuit. Arranged for parts to get shipped immediately so they schedule the swap and within couple days we were good to go.

I had a thermostat replaced and they charged me $445.00. My ac still is not working. I feel like I was lied to.
