He removed fence with a hammer, pulled top of tree down with a rope tied to a bobcat from neighbors property. It hit my garage & took down the gutter, front header board, cracked door frame, knocked out a board on wall of garage, broke 2 support beams for the roof & destroyed the grass. He replaced my aluminum gutter with a plastic one, but it is to short, so it does not run the length of the roof. This was done on Oct 10. He won't retun phone calls. He sent an email saying there is no time limit on estimate to complete job, but it should have been done already and he said he fixed all damage that day. He has been paid in full & I'm still waiting. What a looser.
