My telephone call was returned on the first business day. The reps arrived within minutes of the appointed time and did the job extremely quickly being very careful of my landscaping. Steve also candidly told me that purchasing and installing gutter covers would not be recommended and a waste of money in my case. Refreshing honesty!

He was excellent. We had to change the time and date due to some bad weather, but he was very good about keeping in contact with us. He even called after the job to make sure we were satisfied.

They did the work the day after the initial contact. They just worked and left a bill. Because of the way the roof overhangs the gutter, a portion of the gutter was not visible from the roof, and that portion was not as thoroughly cleaned as the rest, even though there was no blockage. (It's visible from the 2d story.) I told Steve about this when I got home in the evening, and he came out next morning and finished the job. Looks great now.

I called Steve after reading his ratings here at Angie's List. He returned the call the same day, even though his message said that he was on vacation. He gave me a quote right over the phone and estimated a date the project would be completed. His team arrived to perform a job that was quick, efficient and very effective. Recent rain has not caused overflowing in my gutters. The price was amazing and so was the service. I can't say enough good things.

Steve does a good job. I just call and he comes out, does the work and sends the bill. So easy and he does a great job.

I left a voice mail. Steve called me back and we set up a time. He came a couple of days earlier. I knew he had been here because he put the trash in a trash can. He did a great job. I will call him back in the fall.

Steve was very prompt about returning phone calls (even on the weekend). I was concerned about the gutter on my front porch, which collects water and dirt/mud. Steve/crew came when they said they would, but I didn't see a difference in the contents of the front gutter. I called him back and he said that they only used a blower to clean the gutter, but since it was still dirty they would come back and clean it out with water. The second cleaning was completed promptly, so I paid the amount due. However, the gutter continues to retain water, so I called him back to see if he does gutter repairs. I received no call back and have not pursued the matter.

They worked quickly and efficiently. They were a day later than planned, but it was not a problem for us. He had estimated $75-$100 based on my description, but I had not asked them to trim branches until they arrived.

Steve Dreyer performed the work for the price quoted. He was prompt with call backs and cleaned gutters on the day he said he would. The job was completed in a neat manner.

The project went well overall. It was timely and the price was fair.

This transaction was quick, easy, and painless. Steve got all the info needed in 5 minutes over the phone, gave me an estimate, showed up at the house, did the work, sent me a bill for the amount quoted. The lawn was so clean, I couldn't tell he had shown up...aside from the clean gutters.

Steve is very responsive and professional. We have used him for several years now and are happy with his work.

Steve showed up when he said he would, after a few days' rain passed, and did a spotless job during day when we weren't home. He left no trace of junk on grounds, and we didn't even notice he had come by because the job was so clean, until we looked up and saw the large piles of leaves collecting in corners of our gutters were gone.

Steve was a great resource. We had a little trouble connecting, but he kept tyring to get me in person. He did the work on the day that he estimated, and the work was done well and everything was cleaned up when I got home. The costs were what I expected.

They are friendly, efficient and trustworthy. I wasn't able to get on the roof to completely check the work, but I'm confident it was a good job.

His current policy is to maintain the price he charged the first time he cleaned our gutters. The cost for me is now very, very reasonable. His crew does a good job of cleaning up afterward. He has performed minor repairs in the past that have held up well. He usually does the work within a few days of my phone call.
