Description of Work: We had a couple skunks living under our front porch and they both removed and installed a system to prevent any from moving back in. My only issue was that the system had to be bolted into the cement porch, which is an extremely loud process. They just showed up one day when we were at work without letting us know they were coming. The reason this was a big issue is that we have pets in the home and the noise from driving bolts into the porch made them ill and then they got sick (from both ends) in the house. Had we known they were coming, we would have removed the pets from the home. On the positive side, no more skunks. They just need to be sure to contact home owners to let them know when they will be doing work like this in case there are pets, elderly or perhaps an off-shift worker who may be sleeping so arrangements can be made.

Description of Work: We had squirrels in our attic - they set traps and captured them, and sealed the holes. It has been one year now and we haven't heard one squirrel - which is such a relief!!

Description of Work: We had a problem with ants coming in around the dishwasher. The service tech sprayed inside and outside around the house. It took about two weeks to see the ants stop. WE also saw many other dead bugs around the house and shed after he sprayed, so we saw that it was working. We then had him back on June 26th to do another spraying and sign up for the year. This will keep the pests away. Tony was professional and on time and explained what he was doing. We got a discount on the next service since we used Angie's List and signed up for a year of service.
