They do a very good job. They come regularly and call before they come. They detail on the invoice exactly what they did (e.g. on this invoice they placed a weather-appropriate barrier around the home).

Overall, the service was good. Two of the treatment appointments were not kept, and I had to call to get a serviceman out to my house. They did respond quickly. The servicemen were very conscious of all my concerns. Ants are still around, but spiders have disappeared.

I was very happy with this company. The first man that came to check out my problem was very nice and thorough in his explanations. When asked questions about getting rid of squirrel(s) in my attic, he gave me some tips and explained their services in that regard. The person who actually performed the service called and confirmed when he would arrive. He was extremely personable and spent quite a bit of time in our home. At the end, he explained what he did and gave us a sheet that listed what he did and what types of chemicals were used, which I thought was an extra added benefit for those that might have chemical sensitivities. Although, I think their fee is probably more expensive than others. I did not bother to get other bids because I was in a hurry and had previous experience with this company when I sat on a condo board. All in all the service was excellent. You know what they say, "You get what you pay for!"

The Rottler technician was on time and professional. We discussed the problem and he went straight to work. Other times when I have called a Pest Control company, I have had to request a second visit. This was not the case with Rottler. The one spray was sufficient. I also signed up for a quarterly contract. For the quarterly appointment, they contacted me and set up a time for the visit. They were professional and on time for this one as well. Though their prices may be a little higher, the cheaper companies did require a revisit (and their low price was only on an initial visit) and the Rottler service was outstanding - so it is worth it.

Work was fine, once they got here. They did not show for the first appointment, and did not call to reschedule. When I called back, they promised to come the next day between 2 and 4. They showed up around 4:15. I haven't been billed yet, so I don't know how much they charge. The guy who was here said not to worry about it! He was very polite and helpful. From now on, they shouldn't need to come inside, so I guess I'll keep using them.

Instead of scheduling, they would just call us and leave a message that they would be out the next day. This happened several times. The one guy I talked to said that if we weren't here they would just spray outside, but we were having issues with spiders and they would need to come inside. I offered to leave a key. It was basically on their schedule, whenever it was convenient for them. The last straw was that they came out on a day (not scheduled) when I was home with my sick daughter and didn't want them in the house. I've decided to go elsewhere because of the issues we're having with them just coming out without warning or arrangement.

Originally called Wed evening to ask for a rep to come out. Was told someone would contact me Thursday. At 10:30 am I called again after no phone call, was told I would be called by noon. Spoke with the service man at noon and was told he would be out between 2-4. At 4:30 when he arrived, he didn't have a ladder to look at the top of the chimney, didn't have good information about the process used with their chimney caps and was told that his supervisor would contact us the next day with more information on the process/details. So for 2 1/2 hours I waited for someone to show up and give me no new information. He did sound like they would try to get the job done quickly as we were going out of town soon. I called the next day and cancelled any further follow up after a bad gut feeling about the whole situation. I am not sure why they said they would be able to come out when they didn't have the equipment or knowledge to fix the problem on that day. A waste of my time and theirs.

After some communication and scheduling problems leading to delay and some frustration, the Rottler contact and then the young man who was scheduled to do the work apologized and were very courteous. We made it work. The general challenge of getting ANY home repair organization to recognize that the customer is also working and has obligations and schedules is ongoing!

I was very pleased with the service. (DISREGARD THE COST ABOVE AS I HAD TO PUT IN A NUMBER FOR THE SYSTEM TO ACCEPT THIS REPORT!!!!!!!) Some initial mix up resulted in me not receiving a timely callback from the technician. This was resolved; a technician called me; and an appointment was set up. The technician was very prompt, courteous, helpful and neat. He was informative and quickly minimized my stress level over the situation. He was very thorough and discussed the possibility that the squirrel had found an escape route. If I determine that the squirrel remains hidden up there and died, I will hire Rottler to handle the situation. It certainly was a good feeling to be able to go to Angie's List for recommendations regarding reliable companies that perform animal removal. I AM UNABLE TO GIVE A COST AS THIS WAS A FREE INSPECTION!

Nathan conducted the consultation appointment and was on time and very professional. He provided a very thorough explanation of the work that needed to be done. The worker that treated my house and lawn was prompt and very professional as well.

I called Rottler because of the recommendation I found on Angie's List. Although I probably could have gotten the work done cheaper, I went that route before and that's why my lawn looks awful. I expect next spring to have my great lawn back. Keith, the estimator and the technician, assigned to do the lawn treatments were both very nice and happy to answer all my questions. I've had mice twice in 14 months after living here for over 30 years. I used a different company last time. Rottler first wanted to send a consultant and then schedule another person to do the work. I did not need a consultant - I know I have mice; I just wanted something done. They agreed and scheduled around my schedule. Nathan arrived on schedule, and he toured the outside and inside including the attic. He installed several bait stations out of the way of my cats. He put a huge one outside in back where he thought there may be a rat borrow. Nathan is a very pleasant and easy person to work with. He did was he was trained to do, but I think Rottler's pricing is outrageous for what they do. I had previously sent an email as a result of my ''list'' search and did not receive a response. Being desperate, I agreed to a contract plan and now regret it because of the cost.

We were very pleased with their prompt response to our problem and when the weather warms, we will have the house treated on a regular basis to make sure we solve the long-term problem.

I would highly recommend this company to others. I was quite pleased since they were very informative and did a nice job of getting rid of bugs in my home.

Outstanding company, never had a problem. Do as asked and if problems they come at no fee and handle the bug problem, if you have one. They are wonderful to work with and pricing is great per quarter to do service.

They keep a schedule and call a few days before they are scheduled to arrive to do work. They are always very pleasant and arrive on time. They attend to the concerns of families with children and pets.

I INITIALLY INTENDED TO CALL SEVERAL COMPANIES, BUT WHEN ROTTLER'S OFFICE SAID THEY HAD SOMEONE AVAILABLE LATER THAT DAY, I AGREED TO GO WITH THEM. UNFORTUNATELY, I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CALL BACK FROM THE FIELD EXTERMINATOR UNTIL THAT EVENING AND HE INDICATED HE COULDN'T COME UNTIL TWO DAYS LATER. I ALSO ANTICIPATED THAT THE COST WOULD BE APPROXIMATELY WHAT I HAD SEEN ON ANGIE'S LIST. IT ENDED UP BEING TWICE AS EXPENSIVE. THE JOB DID APPEAR TO BE DONE WELL. IN SUMMARY A BIT OF A BAIT AND SWITCH AND A BIT OVERPRICED FOR WHAT WAS DONE.

TOM CAME OUT SAME DAY ON TIME, DID A THOROUGH INSPECTION, AND CONCLUDED THAT IT WAS PROBABLY COMING IN THROUGH THE MAIN LINE. TOM TOLD US TO CALL THE CITY VECTOR CONTROL AND A PLUMBER. DIDN'T CHARGE FOR THE INSPECTION. IMPRESSED BY THEIR PROFESSIONALISM. GREAT SERVICE.

THE PEST CONTROL APPLICATIONS TO DATE HAVE RESOLVED THE BUG AND MICE PROBLEMS, HOWEVER THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS FRUSTRATING. THEY DID NOT FOLLOW THOUGH ACCORDING TO THE SIGNED CONTRACT TO CALL AND SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS. CALLS HAD TO BE MADE EVERY TIME AN APPLICATION WAS MISSED. THEY DID RESPOND AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS WERE MADE. THE ONLY WAY I WOULD CONTINUE TO USE THIS COMPANY IS IF THEY OFFERED SOME ADDITIONAL COVERAGE AS COMPENSATION FOR THE INCONVENIENCE I EXPERIENCED WITH THE CONTRACT THEY SHOULD HAVE HONORED.

ROTTLER RELOCATED A POSSUM FROM OUR FRONT YARD TO A WILDLIFE AREA. WE LIKE IT BETTER THIS WAY, AND WISH THE POSSUM A GOOD LIFE IN HIS NEW HOME!

WE HAD A SERIOUS PROBLEM WITH VOLES. WE NEW THIS WOULD BE AN ONGOING PROBLEM BECAUSE SEVERAL NEIGHBORS HAVE THEM, AND SOME DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. SINCE OUR BEAUTIFUL NEW LANDSCAPING IS IMPORTANT TO US, WE HIRED ROTTLER TO SET BAIT STATIONS AROUND OUR YARD, AND MONITOR THEM ON A REGULAR BASIS. THE RESULS HAVE BEEN VERY GOOD WITH A MARKED DECREASE IN VOLE ACTIVITY. ROTTLER PERSONNEL ARE ALL POLITE, AND PROFESSIONAL.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB, AND DID NOT TRY TO SELL US SERVICES THAT WOULD NOT BE NEEDED.
