Good work. Good price

I liked Robinwood and would go there again, but don't expect them to be much cheaper than the dealership.

They are very reliable and honest. If something doesn't need to be done right away they tell me that. They don't try to force anything on you unless it really must be done right away.

They take care of all the maintenance for both our car and truck. I have been going there for at least 10 years. It is a local business and we trust them. We have lifetime oil change with them. I have only dealt with them once over the internet and it was easy to work with. Their price is comparable to everybody else and I like going to the same place every time. Their quality is one of the reasons I keep going back.

They are extremely service oriented. They really know the customers and try to just give me the service they can.

I paid for them to look at my car but I didn’t get the work done because it was too extensive. I looked up the parts myself once I knew what they were and they weren’t that expensive. She wasn’t pushy and she offered me a method of payment but the owner had a nasty attitude.

A coworker recommended the company. I called them and set up an appointment. Since I work nearby, they were able to drop me off and pick me up when the work was completed. They called and notified me what the estimate was and exactly what work they recommended. It was performed exactly as they stated. Normally I hate to get my car repaired, but I felt very welcome and felt they charged a fair rate and gave excellent service.

I took my car in for state and emission inspections. The car failed because of the condition of the tires. The owner was extremely concerned about me driving any distance on them - even home. He researched tires for me right there and we discussed several options on price, durability, warranty. I did not feel pressured to purchase a certain tire or even to have them do the work. I returned to have the tires replaced and receive the passing inspection. I asked for an oil change at that time and it was done. The station was very clean, and the chairs in the waiting area were very comfortable.

The quality of his work is good and it is usually easy to get an appt with him. His estimates are usually really accurate to the actual cost.

I have been skeptical about auto service shops, but I was extremely pleased with this company. The shop was clean, they were professional, and it was a great experience.

They have an excellent tire selection. Overall he is very professional, customer oriented, takes time to explain all repairs and questions, work is guaranteed, he is a AAA member, and I have been a customer for him for I want to say 15+ year. He is very responsive, and he and his staff are what we call A.S.E. Master Certified Technicians. Any type of automotive repair that is needed, he is able to complete per his price quotations and is very prompt. Service also includes free ride, not a rental car, to home or work if necessary to leave the car.
