Description of Work: Two layers of shingles were removed. The roofing wood was inspected. No replacement was required. Tamko 30-year shingles were placed. High Point ridge vent was installed. New flashing and new color coded roof vent covers were installed. New 6 in gutters, gutter covers, and 3"by 4" downspouts were installed and attached to the under-ground drainage system. The professional attitude and work ethic were outstanding. The project was executed and completed in very hot weather. The shingles were secured by hand hammered nails as opposed to pneumatic driven nails. The hand hammered method produces a stronger shingle-fixation. The clean up was completed after each days work. I have not found any roofing nails on drive or lawn ( or in auto tires ).Any "sticker shock" is totally undone by the outstanding quality and visual appreciation of this necessary home maintenance project. Without reservation, I recommend Terry and Republic Roofing ( Kirkwood Missouri ) to any one need a quality and visually pleasing roof.
