I have been having mold issues at my residence and been arguing with my land load to get it removed. My land lord kept telling me that there was no mold at my place and that he had it all cleaned up. I called Rapid Dry out to have my own test done for my son was getting sick all the time. Grant came out to conduct a mold test on my house, he was very friendly and knowledgeable and informed me of what was needed to clean it up. Upon hearing about my situation he provided me with all the pictures and documentation he had showing there was mold in my house. He has written several letters to my landlord for me. He is continuing to work with me to get my landlord to clean up the mold so my son can lead a normal health life.

Came in on time set the appointment, explained what they would be doing. They did more than I thought would be done very good attitudes even them. They had such mess to clean. Water damage mold testing and remediation.

Grant was out the day we called even though they were slammed due to rain the previous night, they had an industrial dehumidifier in the next morning, had the floors and trim removed within 2 days, and 11 commercial grade fans going soon after that. We were very pleased with the service they provided and would be happy to use them again. They even worked directly with our insurance company to ensure all the details were taken care of.

As soon as they started there were problems. Grant and his crew threw out many things that should not have been thrown out, (including all appliances, all counter tops, toilets, cabinets, vanities, many personal items all of which my adjuster said should never have been discarded.The bill Grant sent State Farm was over 30K and State Farm would only pay 16K. I was harassed over Labor day weekend because Grant kept coming to my hotel putting gifts for my dog in front of my door and then calling me from the street to get them. He lied all the time, was VERY unprofessional, unethical and a bad liar. This company was very difficult to work with and I would recommend going someplace else for these services. I had a stroke and I believe Grant took advantage of me and would not give me the 10% discount from Angies List senior discount and raised his voice many times when I stated the facts. Run away from this company. I can and will prove everything I have written.

Grant was absolutely amazing! I called about a potential leak that was causing wood floor damage. He came out the very next day and made it work with my work schedule. He was prompt and very professional. He took a look at the issue, did some investigating all the time walking my husband and me through his process. Turns out there was not a leak, but he spent an hour taking his time making sure he wasn't missing anything. After all that, there wasn't even a charge for his time. That's the type of customer service I look for in companies today, and I will definitely be recommending him wherever I can, and using him for future needs! Thanks Grant again for your professional and personable service!!

Grant was able to come out the day after I called him to give his expert opinion. He was able to tell us that what was present was completely harmless and completely normal. My mom met him, and she was very impressed with his professional demeanor and willingness to help. He could have taken advantage of us in a vulnerable situation, but he didn't. Not only did he not try to sell us services that we didn't need, he didn't even charge us for his professional opinion. He came out on his own time to give us a free consultation! I highly recommend Grant and Rapid Dry.

They used very unskilled labor. Their tech put a hole in the the plaster molding around my ceiling thinking it was wood and could be removed. Then they put up the "containment barrier" ie a piece of plastic with rusty nails they pulled from the ceiling! Then they removed the "containment barrier" all together at the end of their job, saying they needed to take their equipment with them. This seemed to boil down to lack of communication between the team members and myself. This allowed for fiberglass insulation to blow all around the house because at this point the ceiling was removed. Very poor customer service, but did eventually contact me and offered to complete the job as contracted; however was never willing to clean up fiber glass installation from lack of containment.

Grant came out the same day that I called. He was very personable and helpful. He gave me referrals and suggestions and helped me set up my dehumidifier. If I was in need of emergency services for restoration I would definitely hire him. I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge and appreciated his time.

The wall to wall carpeting in the bedroom was saved, as well as the linoleum flooring in the bathroom. Because of their quick reaction to the situation, we only lost a bit of drywall, which has been easily replace. Rapid Dry employees were very courteous and efficient in their work. They came when they said they would, did not disturb anything in the house, and cleaned up after themselves. I liked the way Rapid Dry answered all our questions until they were satisfied we understood the procedure. We were very pleased with the results and have already recommend them to some of our family and friends.

A tree fell on my late mother's house during a storm. Tenant in the mother-in-law apt. alerted me, so I went to check Thurs. afternoon & discovered wet/dropping ceiling in living room, plus wet spots on study carpeting. I called roofer and Rapid Dry, who came Fri. morning to assess damage. They set up curtains & driers Fri. afternoon, then came back Sat. to tear out wet ceiling, drywall & carpeting, and monitored moisture levels daily until back to normal levels. When I met the technician for the final assessment the next Fri., he showed me an extra leak in the eaves (visible only because ceiling was torn out) that was not caused by the fallen tree, but needed roofing attention. My only quibble is that Rapid Dry sent me a bill before they removed the large pile of wet drywall & carpeting they had left at the foot of the driveway, but when I emailed the technician and owner, both said that would be done immediately. I used Rapid Dry once before, on Christmas weekend 2015, after fallen tree/ water damage to the same house. They respond very quickly, are careful when moving furniture (in Dec. they had to shift a fragile, antique baby grand piano), and are pleasant & easy to deal with. Although I hope I don't have to call them again, they're now on my list of trusted providers.

We were very pleased with the work done by Rapid Dry! From the initial meeting to project completion, they were professional, punctual, and personal. All of my questions were answered and at no time was I pressured into paying for services that I didn't need. Whenever I needed to contact them by phone, my calls were either answered promptly or promptly returned. They always left the work site immaculately clean at the end of the work day. Should I ever need similar work done in the future, I will call Rapid Dry without hesitation and will gladly recommend them to anyone who could beneifit from their skills as I have.

I was looking for someone to do a mold test and inspection on my home. After carefully searching and doing my research, I had narrowed it down to a few companies that I wanted to call. I called and the company owner Grant answered the phone right away, I was able to set up an appointment very quickly. The day of even though he was very busy that day he personally came to our house and after doing a comprehensive walk through, he said to save the money and there was no need to do a mold test. After walking us through everything explaining it we were very comfortable with what he had to say. He also noticed that the insulation on our air handler was being sucking into the blower and made some other recommendations of things we could do to make sure to prevent any environment for mold growth. Overall I was very impressed and shocked, he spent two hours of his time explaining and making sure that we were informed and satisfied with everything instead of just testing and charging us for a bunch of extra things that he could have easily have done. I am very thankful to Grant and his company and would definitely recommend them.
