Grant did good work taking apart the damaged material in my bedroom and cleaning the space to get the air quality to a much lower spore count in the affected area. He was very methodical in his remediation and the space is now ready for the water proofing company.

Grant was responsive to our immediate need and came out to the house right away. He was thorough in his investigation, began quickly to resolve the issues that arise when you find standing water in your basement and helped us avoid future challenges with mold growth. I couldn't be happier. He also fixed the leaky valve that I had. I had water coming from the bottom of my water tank. He took control of everything. He also came back and put in the new filter. I highly recommend Grant with Rapid Dry.

Some companies unfortunately rely on scare tactics and commissions to make their money. You were very smart to get a second opinion in this case. I'm glad it was just a leaking high pressure valve and an easy fix. Feel free to call us again when you suspect that you need your air filter replaced. It went very well. All damaged and torn out items were removed and placed in a bagster which Rapid Dry arranged for. They also arranged for the pick up of the bagster once work was completed. Grant was professional, efficient and always prompt to respond. He kept in contact with us to let us know when he would be arriving or his team would be arriving. All fans and dehumidifies were removed promptly after the work was finished. I would not hesitate to use their service again (hopefully I won't have to) or recommend to other homeowners.

It went great. Grant showed up in a very clean truck and had excellent hygiene. I've met some other water damage guys and they weren't anything like Grant. He was helpful and informative and made me feel at ease. He explained that a wall could look and feel dry but it would actually be wet. He had a meter that detected water and used it to detect any wet spots. When he told me that the call was free I was pleasantly surprised.

I would definitely recommend Rapid Dry. They were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. My husband looked at the basement and didn't know where the leak was coming from and they figured it out right away. They also inspected our ducts and gave us recommendations for it to run more efficiently. We were expecting it to cost a lot more than it did. Thanks Grant.

It went great. I have a toddler and I don't let just anyone into my house. Grant, the owner, came right out and was very professional. He knew a lot about my home and had great suggestions about how to make my home more efficient. He even told me things I could do myself for free to make it cleaner and more comfortable. You should have seen all the stuff that came out of my air ducts! I was surprised he could do it without making a mess.
He also showed me where I was leaking air in my ducts and he sealed them up very well. I know this because the night he did it my bedroom was so much warmer that I was sweating! Now I can set my thermostat lower and stay warmer.
He also cleaned my carpet and got rid of several stains that I had not been able to get out myself.
Before he left he did a free mold inspection of my basement and bathroom.
Overall I was very pleased and would highly recommend Rapid Dry

Grant from Rapid Dry came to our house to handle a persistent smell that we had in our basement. He did a full home inspection which they call Home Health Inspection. He inspected for water damage in the entire structure of the home and also inspected our duct work and inspected for mold. As part of the inspection he tested the carpet.
He localized the odor to a back storage room and then he did a full Ozone treatment that is supposed to kill any living thing. After doing this the smell was completely gone and our entire basement smells great!!! Grant even handled some persistant carpet stains that we had for free.
I would use Rapid Dry again! Ask for Grant.
