MOLD SOLUTIONS

I contacted three companies that are mold removal and cleaning specialist.   Mold Solutions was the least expensive and most responsive.  In addition, their customer service was top notch.   The crew leader called me several times to follow up to make sure everything went smoothly.   I would definitely recommend them to anybody.

Fortunately, I found a very reliable company, SOLS. When they arrived and saw the situation I was in they gave me an immediate bid and started work that morning, Two men worked 8 am - 8pm on a Friday and returned to finish the job on a Sunday. It took about 40 hours of work  . They left their fans and other air scrubber for another day or two. 

Rich was very much on time. He was very professional to deal with. Mold inspection was a big deal to me since my daughter suffers from serious allergies and eczema. Therefore I wanted to make sure I get the inspection done to ensure that there isn't any points of concern.
Rich was real good at explaining what he would usually look for during mold inspection. He also kept asking me several time if I had any specific areas that i wanted him to look at so that he addressed my concerns.
All in all i am very much satisfied with work (inspection) by Rich and i would highly recommend Mold Solutions to all.

Check for $500 has been cashed but they do not respond to my e-mail or phone messages and there is no report.

It took the technician about two hours to complete the remediation and cleanup.  They did a good job and I will definitely use them again.

He told us exactly what we needed to buy to fix the mold issue. He even provided step-by-step instructions which was pretty awesome. I have recommended this company to other people and I would certainly use them again in the future.

Great!  Jesse came out and looked at the situation.  I had already been running a dehumidifier in the area and had sealed off the issue causing the water seepage.  He said that the situation was very minor, and that while he would definitely write up a quote, it was something that we could take care of ourselves with the right tools.  He suggested what we might purchase at the store if we wanted to go that route.
It's reassuring to me that there are still really honest business people out there who will not just try to sell you something that you don't need.  Mold Solutions definitely earned my respect for this, and they will be the only ones I would contact if I needed anything in the future.

Our property management company received an unusual mold report from our tenants which stated a mold issue inconsistent with the visual condition of the property. The company who the tenants hired to do the inspection and air quality test quoted a remediation cost of $3,000-$4,000 not including 3 days the tenants would have to vacate the property and stay at a hotel. 
Mold Solutions came out at our request to perform an inspection and give an estimate for remediation. They stated that there was a very minor mold growth and that suspected black mold was actually staining on the wood from construction. The previous company had stated a possible black mold growth but this was unfounded as the test results showed only one type of mold which was a common non-toxic allergen. Jesse at mold solutions recommended a second air quality test be performed, by a different company to avoid conflict of interest, due to the fact that a report existed showing high amounts of mold (the report done by the company the tenants hired) . He also recommended a remediation solution to take care of a minor possible growth. This solution was warm water and some household materials, which cost nearly nothing and very little time to do. 
Our company hired Quality Home Inspection Services to do an inspection and test the air quality. His assessment matched that from Mold Solutions. The air quality report came back as normal, there was an insignificant number of spores which equaled the amount in the air outside. The home inspector issued a report recommending no further actions. 
Because of Jesse and Mold Solutions our company avoided what could have been a disastrous situation with tenants who were unjustly scared into believing they were living in a house with a mold problem. Jesse provided us with an honest assessment that didn't benefit him or his company. His expertise was verified by the home inspector and by the test results that we received.  We had a very professional and pleasing experience with Mold Solutions, and we will be calling them again if we have another mold situation at any of our properties.

I want to say thanks for a great job!  He came out to our house and did a very detailed job.  He even took the time to talk to me after I had some follow-up questions.  These guys a true professionals!

I was very pleased with his professionalism and his proposal seemed very fair, but we opted to do the work ourselves.  I would definitely recommend Mold Solutions to others.

The scheduling went well and he was very prompt.  Went through all areas of the house, pointed out some very minor mold situations that didn't need his services, and suggested an alternate issue that might be causing the odor we have noticed.  He did offer a reasonable next step if we want to do it, but wasn't pushy at all.  Gave me good explanations of risk factors and why he wasn't particularly concerned about a major mold problem in our house.  There was no charge for the preliminary inspection because I had found him on Angie's list.

Mold Solutions has been an exemplary company in every possible respect throughout the whole process. The company also offered a 10 year warranty, which aided in my decision to hire them for the job. Jesse Klingler made an appointment, appeared on time. He was knowledgable, professional and courtious. He answered all questions. Throughout the process he was very responsive and always easy to reach. His quote was the lowest of four that I received. Chris Mollnet and his coworker performed remediation in a fast, professional and efficient manner over two day period. Also took time to explain the mold remediation process and answer all questions. This is definitely the best experience we had with any vendor so far. I wish there are more companies like the Mold Solutions!

Jesse was very professional and easy to talk to.  He arrived as promised.  He listened to my concerns and inspected the areas. Luckily, my mold problem was not serious and could be easily treated. He explained the problem and how to address it.  I'm very happy that I called Mold solutions and will highly recommend their company.

Said mold remediation was not needed

We had some material on a floorboard that we were worried about. The material turned out to be mildew, however while doing a check of the basement, the salesman found a material in the floor joists in the unfinished portion of our basement. Several people in our household have asthma and allergies so we were concerned about mold. The salesperson that came lead me to believe that we had a case of mold on the rafters that needed to be removed. Although he told me he was confident that it was mold he worded the written estimate differently. He also discouraged me to have the material tested because the test itself was very expensive and he was so confident that it was mold, I would have to pay for the test and then the removal. He made me feel like he was saving me money if I just went ahead with the removal and not the testing. The damage was done, he had scared me and made me to believe that we had a serious case of mold. When he left I was very worried, not just the fact that I likely had mold in my home, but that is was several thousand dollars to remove. My husband and I decided to get a second opinion while waiting on the estimate. It turned out that the "mold" the previous salesman saw, was in fact sap (with a bit if dust) leaking from the floor joist. Every review I read about this company was positive. My worry is that some of those other people paid top dollar to remove dust or they were scared into paying to have sap removed! I would never refer them nor use them. The salesman was very kind and informative (or so I thought) and I really trusted him. Thank goodness I got a second opinion.
