Mold Solutions is a full service mold inspection, testing, remediation, and prevention company serving the greater St. Louis region. We can help you prevent mold problems from occurring and can solve any existing problems. We use environmentally friendly products that are virtually non-toxic, non-poisonous, formaldehyde free and have passed EPA requirements for safety. Unlike conventional unbound antimicrobials, our products do not off-gas, leach, diffuse, migrate, volatilize or otherwise leave the surface to which they have been applied. Ours are non-toxic, water-based, and odorless.

lWhile renovating a bathroom, I saw something that looked like it could potentially be mold near a baseboard. I called the office and Rich came to my house later that afternoon. Thankfully, there was not a mold issue in my bathroom. He was very honest, professional and provided great information. If I ever have a mold issue I would definitely use Mold Solutions.

The team of folks at Mold Solutions were extremely professional and answered any questions we had about the circumstances. They worked hard for 4 days, then had to come back after the initial testing to take care of one small area. Once that was complete, everything passed with flying colors.
We greatly appreciated their hard work and honesty throughout this ordeal. We learned more about mold that we every wanted to know.

Its now November and still have not received mold sampling results from
them. All I have gotten from them is runaround and notification that
they charged me for the service. Complete waste of time and money. DO

"I’m sorry to say that we did not deliver the customer service or overall customer experience we expect of ourselves. We collected air samples from the customer’s home with the expectation of having the lab results sent to him within a week’s time. Unfortunately, this occurred while we were between office managers and the mebmer's phone messages were not forwarded correctly by our temporary office manager. We have been in close contact with the members since becoming aware of the situation. Due to the delay between the original air samples and the date we delivered the lab report, we set up an after-hours appointment at his home to collect new air samples at no additional charge, including an additional lift tape sample. We received the new lab results and promptly submitted them to the member. We have done everything possible to make this right after becoming aware of the situation we caused."

Great. I was made to feel "icky" by an inspector and losing a contract on the house because, of the mold, but Rich, made me feel like "it happens more often than you know and his company will take care of it". They did a neat job and the product smelled clean and fresh.

Wow. What a great, honest company. A technician came out right away, inspected our house and found no mold issues. Even though they made no money on us, they spent the time to help us find the right solution for our issues and even referred us to another honest, responsive company. Honesty and helpfulness is a very rare trait and Mold Solutions is one we certainly trust. High integrity!!!!

I contacted Mold solutions to give me an estimate and help me understand the mold problem. They were able to get to the house pretty quickly, and told us that we needed to move out, as there was extensive black mold in the house and it was really bad for pregnant women and people with lung cancer. Two of the three people who live in the house have those issues, so we moved out. We have been waiting 2 weeks for a proposal and estimate while staying someplace else. To date 7/27/12 we still have not received a proposal. An if we did we would not go with them as it is clear they either dont care or have too much business and cant get to what they have.

We moved in a few months ago. The house is about 30 years old with some previous leaks. When I called to make the appointment, the lady answered bunches of questions and was very nice. Rich showed up right on time and was very professional and knew a lot about houses and maintenance, mold and pests, etc. He had great suggestions on how to improve our house and get rid of excess moisture.

Jerry came out to do the estimate; he spent at least 45 minutes and used a moisture meter to "see behind" the tub wall. He educated me about mold and moisture problems. In a few days he sent me a detailed estimate via email. I did get one other estimate, but wasn't impressed by the company: the estimator spent 5 min., didn't have a meter, and gave me an on-the-spot estimate that was 2.5 times higher. On the set date for the work, the 2-man crew arrived on time and were very professional in their work.

The Mold Solutions representative was punctual, thorough, very informative, and professional. He provided a thorough explanation of the proposed remediation process, along with other valuable information. I was provided with a verbal estimate before he left, and I received a written estimate two days later. The seller thought the estimate was high, so they hired another company to provide a second estimate. The second estimate came in less than half of Mold Solutions - the processes are different enough to account for the difference in price, but I feel that I'll have a "mold-free" basement with the second company for a lot less money, so I won't be using Mold Solutions.

I have told people about them. They were really good. They told me straight up that I would have to get somebody else to inspect the mould and they would only treat it. I thought that was a very good point that they brought up. They were very quick. They did the work really fast and smooth. They did not have any problems. They helped me get a dumpster to get rid of some stuff in the basement. They were really efficient. I totally impressed with them. They worked with me and talked to me. They fixed any problems that I encountered about the dumpster. They went overboard. They price was reasonable. I have never had a problem with their quality of work since they left. As soon as I called them about anything they took care of it right away. They were right on time. I would use them again in the future.

I had called Mold Solutions on Wednesday and they immediately set up an appointment for the following day. Jerry was prompt as well as educational telling us what mold needs to grow. We had already called on two other companies and had gotten conflicting information, so we called one more company, Mold Solutiions, to get one more expert opinion. When we had finished describing the situation and some of the solutions we had already incorporated, we had decided with Jerry's opinion, that no major job was needed at this time. We appreciated his opinion in helping us make an informed decision. We wanted to fix the problem if there was one and not be hit with a huge bill if it wasn't necessary. His honesty was completely helpful in our circumstance.

RIch showed up, gave me a brochure & did a good explanatory overview. Chris came out to do the removal & treatment, was on-time, pleasant, very detailed, & even when we found more mold Chris came right back to finish the job.

They were extremely nice and did a very good job. They told me not put any permanent furniture there that would be of wood or with any cloth on them as there is limestone in the basement. I liked everybody’s personality from this company. They are all very hard workers and very nice people. Sometimes it is hard to get hold of them as they are very busy.
