About us
At Green Angel Cleaning, we take amazing care of our wonderful housekeepers. In return, they take amazing care of our clients. We have a very low turnover rate for employees which is rare in our industry. Our office will answer the phone during business hours and will return your call if by chance we happen to miss you. Our employees aim for excellence, and you will see that in your cleanings. We recommend weekly and bi-weekly services, but we will also provide every 4 weeks and one-time cleanings.

"Hi (Member), Thank you very much for your review and we truly appreciate your feedback. I wanted to address all of your concerns from your experience with Green Angel last August. First, I sincerely apologize for any involvement you had with our company that was less than satisfactory. You had given us a “C” in regards to “Responsiveness”. From our records, I show William, our Client Relations Manager, was very prompt with all of your correspondence. He returned your call immediately on Monday, August 18, 2014. He then set up walkthrough on Thursday of the same week accommodating a lunch time appointment for you. After doing the walkthrough, he emailed your estimate within 24 hours of the appointment. If you have any further feedback on William’s responsiveness, please feel free to let me know. In regards to pricing, I completely understand if you felt our rates were too high. William mentioned that he based his prices some buildup in the kitchen and bathrooms. In addition, there was construction going on during the walkthrough and we were uncertain of the final condition of your home. In his email, he quotes, “I will also advise that if we do not utilize the anticipated amount of time, you will only be billed for the amount of time we are in your home.” He wanted to be certain you were not overcharged for the job. Honoring a lower rate is a practice we do regularly in our business to ensure our clients are paying a fair price. You had given William a “D” for professionalism. He did mention that he mistakenly emailed you instead of another client back on December 11, 2014. He immediately apologized for the error. Outside of that, please let me know if you have any further feedback on this particular rating. At Green Angel, we know that we are not always the best fit for everyone. Our house is only 1000 sq. ft., and $135.00 per regular visit seemed like too much money.
"Thank you very much for your review. We appreciate you taking the time to rate our company. We are happy you and [Member name removed] were pleased with the quality of the work at the first visit. If you decide to have us come back again, we will work very hard to maintain that level of service moving forward. In regards to the pricing, we appreciate your feedback. The rate is based on how many labor hours it will take to thoroughly clean your home. The frequency of your cleanings were going to be every 4 weeks. Typically, in a home that is only cleaned monthly, it take a little more time to give it that "top to bottom" detail since there is so much time in between visits. The price was based on needing 4 "man" hours. The quote for every two weeks was $105 since we would not need as much time. William, my Client Relations Manager did follow up and honor a lower rate of $125 per cleaning. We hope to work with [Member names removed] sometime in the future. They were great to work with at the first cleaning visit, and they are right in our neighborhood which makes it even better."

few occasions things did not go well, Stacey took care of it immediately
and corrected the problem promptly. I give her business high marks
because nobody is perfect all the time, when things didn't go well they
were fixed without delay. I would definitely use her again.
In response to their reply: As noted I was not in town when the work was done and I could not check it until I was back two days later. Also, Stacey never asked if they could come back and redo what was missed and really didn't seem concerned at at all when I called her to advise how poorly the cleaning had been done. While I do think I am picky, I do not feel that leaving cabinets completely untouched when they were paid to clean them is 'too picky' Hopefully other Angie's List members will take heed and find someone that actually does what they are contracted to do. Since we have found a wonderful service that does an excellent job.
"I always appreciate feedback from my clients. This client repeatedly stressed how picky and hard to please they would be so I figured this would be a challenge. Below is the email I received from them the day after the visit, so I'm not sure how it could have so drastically changed and prompted them to give us a "D". They didn't give us a chance to continue with the ongoing service and build a relationship with our company, and I feel if they would have, their views would have probably changed. In this business, service levels can be the biggest challenge, but as an owner, I always make the right choice. I offered to come back and take care of the couple of items missed but the client was not interested. "Good Morning Stacey, I had Member look over the house last night and he thought overall your crew did a good job. There was one drawer in the kitchen that was completely missed and the light fixture in the first floor bathroom was also missed. Thanks again for being able to come in this week and clean. However, they staff are friendly with us and my children when we see them. I do like that they leave a postage prepaid comment card every time so we can provide feedback. And I do really like that my house does not stink of chemicals.

In my company handbook and during my 30 day training process, I do stress the importance of my employees telling me when something is broken so I can handle it accordingly. In the first situation, my employee didn't realize she broke the item. I did speak with them about both and moving forward, they know to always notify me. As far as the quality of service, I have printed this report and forwarded it to the Team Leader assigned to this house. Overall, this Team Leader gets very positive replies from all the clients on her routes. I will discuss what challanges she might have with this particular house and/or the fellow employees who clean with her on this route. Moving forward, there should be an immediate change in the level of service in this house. Getting feedback from my clients is very important. This helps me make the necessary changes. Unfortunately, sometimes the cleaning industry is not always perfect. However, my ratings and comment card results tend to consistently remain at the "excellent" level. I hope you see the changes necessary within the next couple of months to move our rating from B's and C's to perfect A's. :-) We won't expect that until we deserve it though. Thank you again."
