Description of Work: I received a phone call from a young lady stating they had an opening and could come give me a bid. The service worker came out and was very rushed. He spoke quickly and took notes. He said that we would receive an email giving us a bid...quote. We Never heard a word back from them. A complete waste of time ..I guess the contractors in florissant don't need customers!

Description of Work: I have used Ferguson in the past for roof repairs. They have been very responsive and competitively priced. I had them bid the whole roof replacement and they were competitive in that as well. They did a great job replacing the whole roof. I would highly recommend them!

Description of Work: Contacted Ferguson Roofing approx. 1st or 2nd week of March. Appointment made for April 2, 2014. Date was confirmed although they attempted to steer me to another roofing company. Approx. 3rd week of March, Ferguson called and said they were short on help and would not be able to do the job. They suggested another roofing company whom I had never heard of and gave me their phone number. I was told they work with them all the time
