They did a fair job and I didn?t have any problems with them. The leak around the skylight was causing water damage. I didn?t realize that it was leaking from above. The leak was in a bathroom and I thought that it was due to humidity in the bathroom. So, I had them come out to fix it, as it had been going on for a while. They fixed it permanently and did a great job. There was another company that came out for the drywall job after the leak was fixed. I was very pleased with what they did.

Needed squirrel's nest removed from eaves ... one of Ferguson's guys came out, cleared out the nests, secured the eaves and all is well. No fuss, no muss.

They did a fine job. They charged $700 for the gutters and $300 for the pipes. We didn't have any problems with them. They were proficient and did what they needed to do. They did the work on time and it was great.

I just did ! Good. Removed and discarded old slate roof. Installed new roof with architectural shingles and two roof vents. Plus leaf guard screens install on gutters (different crew). All done including cleanup much faster than I expected. All shingles had to be carried to roof as material delivery could not be made to roof because of pitch and surface of roof (slate). Also great service didn't stop on the job, people in office were very helpful (thanks Laura). Overall experience good considering having to replace your roof is a bummer.

My experience with them has been very good. Once when we had a storm put something on the roof, and they didn t charge us at all. They clean up after themselves and work quickly.

They were slow getting started, but they did a good job. A couple of times we had to get something fixed and they were right here on the job. They stood by their work and their prices were competitive. Since the work has been completed there have been more problems. There have been 3 leaks. The first time they were really fast to get someone out to repair it. The second time there was a problem with the siding and it took forever for someone to come out and fix it. Now this time, the bedroom ceiling has a water stain and the tape that they put up is exposed. So the ceiling needs replastered and painted. They said they will fix the problem with the roof but not the interior damage. They are being very slow. I live about 30 miles away from them and they said they would wait until they had other jobs in this area of town to come out and do the repair. The longer the wait to do the repair, the more damage there is to my house. I also have some shingles missing on the front of my house, I first called them about this problem around Thanksgiving and I am still waiting for that repair. I can't help but wonder what other damage there will be in the meantime. The roof is supposed to have a 15 year warranty but that apparently does not cover the damage to the interior of my home. My outlook on them has changed considerably.

They kept pushing Tamco over other brands they represented. Overall they did a good job, but left a few old shingles lying around. The roofing subcontractor who installed the roof did a good job.

Ferguson Roofing Siding & Guttering explained the procedure to me, and let me know exactly what they thought should be done. The final price was higher than the original estimate, because there was more work that needed to be done than we originally thought. I was prepared, because they told me that was a possibility. The crew was very open, and willing to talk to me. The owner came by, and checked the progress of the work. They took pictures, so that I was able to see the quality of work that they did. I thought that was a very good way to do business. They gave me a lot of confidence, that they were doing the work correctly. Ferguson Roofing didn't do more work than was necessary. I would highly recommend them. This roofing work was not done on the home we live in, it was on another property we own. I need a new roof on my own home, and I will use them for that work in the future.

The guy who came forgot to clean up, and when the wind came along a bunch of stuff blew in the yard. They got there and did the work just fine.

They arrived around 8 am and got right to work removing the old roofing and felt, laying new felt and new roofing. They cleaned up the entire work area very thoroughly and were done by about 3 pm the same day. They did a great job!

Good service during selection. Ridge was done with only 30 year 3 tabs, but they came back and put on another layer when I complained that they were not ridge shingles and not as long lasting as shingles used on rest of roof.

Ferguson came to my house to look at my roof (without me having to be there), emailed and mailed me a proposal a few days later. No sales pitch, but available to answer any questions. Once we made the decision to go with Ferguson, we picked our shingle type/color and they were on the job within one week. They started and completed all work in one day. When they finished, I was concerned about some flashing on the chimney and contacted them. They came back out and made some corrections. They did outstanding work and were very professional and great to deal with.

They came out and gave me an estimate. They were very friendly and nice. They were able to come right out. I was very impressed with their service. They were very prompt and they were very thorough when checking the condition of the roof. I will be going with them to have the work done.

They were very professional. They cleaned up very well. The price was double because the job was so bad due to the roof being in such bad shape. We are going to have them work on our roof too.

They were on time and efficient. They were right on on there bid. It did take them a while to do the guttering. They did clean up very well after themselves. I would recommend them to others.

We've always been happy with them and they had us under warranty even though the previous owners put the roof on. They didn't give me any trouble and they were always here right away. Whenever we needed work done they worked with the insurance company.

They were not the cheapest or the most expensive. They did exactly what we expected of them and they also gave us a lot of information. They were thorough and we liked how the quote went and how they explained everything and what they were offering. We are happy with the roof and they cleaned up very well when they were finished.
