F2 Garage Door Solutions, LLC, is a locally owned garage door company in St. Louis, MO. My name is Frank, and I am the owner and operator. Prior to starting my own business, I worked as an air traffic controller in the Navy, and now that I specialize in customer service, I want to help you with all of your garage door projects. I get the job done right the first time, and like I said, customer service is first and foremost in my mind. Because of this, I have never had an unsatisfied homeowner. Thank you for replacing our garage door opener. Having Frank out previously for a minor adjustment to a very loud opener a few years ago, we knew F2 would be the folks to do the replacement. Told us the door still solid, did not try selling a replacement. Great installation by Tyler, polite, efficient, and a fair price. Very pleased with the quiet motor and smooth opening of our garage door.

We initially selected F2 Company because it is a Veteran Owned Business and they had the best price of four companies contacted. F2 Company installed our garage door in 2010. They were on budget, on-time, and very friendly customer service. Since then, we only choose F2 Company to do routine maintenance on our garage door. Our garage door spring broke yesterday and they were here this morning to replace it. We love the garage door and F2 Company's excellent customer service!

I thought I might need to replace the garage door opener, but Frank recommended using it as long as possible and just servicing it. His technician Tyler came out to do the service the next day, explained everything to me, serviced the opener and door, and showed me how to do owner maintenance on this opener. This is a great local business and for a great price. I will definitely stick with F2.
