About us
Deca Property Management Company was established in 1990 with the goal to provide high quality property management services. In 1995 we changed our name to Deca Realty Company, to reflect the fact that we offer full service brokerage services. Today the company manages over 1,000 units of residential and commercial real estate and numerous homeowner and condominium associations. We operate our business with the utmost professionalism and integrity.

It was very difficult to get the PM to help obtain estimates from contractors perform needed maintenance at the site.
After 2 months with them, no estimates had been obtained, even though we made it known to them that we wanted to get started making repairs as soon as possible.
Responses to e-mails went unanswered for several days sometimes. Sometimes, when money was involved they were returned immediately.
But most of all the person both my brother and I spoke to on the phone seemed very aloof, and at times condescending. We made the decision to end the relationship after only 2 and one-half months. And they also agreed. They didn't want the doorknob to hit us on the way out.
I suppose we were too small for them to deal with? Had the account been worth $100,000/ yr we might have received better service.
