They crew was on time and respectful; they were organized and did not waste any time. Their prices were very competitive and we felt that we made a great choice in using them.

I ACCEPTED THE BID FROM JIM DAY AT DAYBREAK TO POUR A PATIO. FROM THE TIME I FAXED IT BACK ALL CONTACT WITH THE COMPANY WAS INITIATED BY ME. I WAS TOLD REPEATEDLY THAT THEY WOULD START ''AT THE END OF NEXT WEEK'' AND THAT THEY WOULD CALL. THEY NEVER CALLED. I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND EVENTUALLY THEY STOPPED RETURNING MY CALLS ENTIRELY. I LEFT ONE FINAL CALL TELLING THEM THAT I WOULD GO AHEAD AND FIND ANOTHER CONTRACTOR SINCE THEY SEEMED TO HAVE NO INTEREST IN THE JOB. I ASSUME THEY WEREN'T INTERESTED IN THE SMALLER JOB I HAD ($3000), BUT IF THAT IS THE CASE, THEY SHOULD NEVER HAVE AGREED TO DO IT. I CHOSE DAYBREAK DUE TO THEIR RATING ON ANGIE'S LIST SO I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR LACK OF RESPONSE AND PROFESSIONALISM.
