CINDY DID A WONDERFUL JOB DIGITALLY REPAIRING AND RESTORING MY PHOTO. THIS IS A TREASURED PHOTO OF MY GRANDMOTHER, TAKEN WHEN SHE WAS ABOUT 3 YEARS OLD. IT HAD SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE AND WE WERE WORRIED IT COULDN'T BE RESTORED. WE HAD GOTTEN BIDS RANGING FROM $150 TO $500+ TO RESTORE IT. I MET CINDY AT THE 2004 GENTECH CONVENTION, WHERE SHE HAD AN EXHIBITOR BOOTH AND MANY EXAMPLES OF HER WORK. HER BID WAS REASONABLE AND SHE GUARANTEED HER WORK. SHE COMPLETED IT ON SCHEDULE (TOOK ABOUT 1 MONTH TOTAL TIME). SHE WAS FRIENDLY AND KEPT ME INFORMED EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. SHE PROVIDED AN 8 X 10 PROOF FOR APPROVAL BEFORE THE PHOTO WAS FINALIZED. SHE EVEN GAVE ME PROPER BOXES FOR STORING THE ORIGINAL AND THE NEW PHOTO, A BOX STURDY ENOUGH TO USE FOR SHIPPING, SO THE PHOTOS ARE WELL-PROTECTED. THE FINAL PHOTO WAS OUTPUT ON PHOTOGRAPHIC PAPER AND EVERYONE LOVES IT! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER AND PLAN TO USE HER SERVICES AGAIN TO RESTORE SOME ADDITIONAL FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHS.
