I've been using them for eight years.  They do a good job, so I'm very happy.  I know everybody there after eight years.

Everything went well from start to finish.  Would definitely return for future service and recommend to anybody looking for a trustworthy, professional auto shop that does good work.

This is our first and only experience (so far) with Car Doc, but based on this experience we certainly plan to return.  Scheduling was easy, service was prompt and finished on time, the facility is very spacious, clean and professional.  Car Doc was highly recommended on several "VW Geek" discussion groups.  The price was about the same as the VW dealer would charge so we didn't save a lot of money here (and the 40k service is a "big one" when a number of components are scheduled for replacement -- other 10k services had cost and will cost about a third of what we paid for this one)  but I do think we got value for our dollars.

Quick, professional, and they do a good job.   They seem honest and  proactive.  I feel they know what they are doing.

They did other stiff for me. They maintenance over the last few years. It's reasonable. I go back to them because of their promptness and I can get it in quickly. The work is done pretty quick. I never had any problems with their services.

The Service Manager, John, is very professional, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. I trust him with any auto repair. I will always go to Car Doc.  The waiting room is clean and comfortable. John kept me up to date on all stages/phases of my repairs - there haven't been any surprises with Car Doc.

It was my first time visiting and everything went rather well. The mechanics were able to find a few things that were causing some issues. They were also able to make the necessary repairs. The staff was very professional and got the car back to me on time. It took a couple days for the service to be completed. I did not have to wait long at all to get my vehicle in to them.

They're close and they seem to do good work. They get me in when I need to get in and have taken care of any problems. They're competitive on pricing too.

They're really professional and friendly. When you want some work done, you can go online and find the best price, the exact work that you want and they will also certify it. It's a good place, it's not a place where they're going to try and rip you off so I trust them.

They give exceptional service, the pricing is fair, and the work is done on time. They did all the service on our car, it was a Volkswagen Beetle 2000. They are an excellent investment for your car.

I highly recommend them.  They are honest, very thorough and get it done and get it fix the first time they do it and get it right.  They found something that was wrong and fixed it.  The rebuilt part that they put on was bad and they replaced it and the rebuilt part was bad again they did it the third time and got it right so that was on the power steering pump.  They do auto inspections.  They don’t do glass but they do anything auto repair i.e. mufflers, radiators, tires all that stuff.
