"Good Morning Ms. [Member Name Removed], I was mortified when I had this review emailed to me this morning and I can't apologize enough for our technicians comments and behavior. No one should ever feel uncomfortable in their own home! To address a couple of things in regards to the smell. We do try and warn our customers ahead of time that the smell is strong and we don't recommend they stay. We also try to tell everyone that once we are done it dissipates quickly. While the smell is not harmful the chemicals can be dangerous if you are the one directly over the bathtub applying them. For that reason we supply our employees with all the necessary safety equipment. For the record we actually provide more than OSHA requires. That said none of the equipment is useful if it isn't being worn properly. Sadly, in the past couple of months this particular employee has started to make a habit of not wearing that gear and we have since terminated his services. This is the first time in 50 years we have had someone intentionally (at least that is the appearance) not wear the safety equipment.
