TWIN SPIRES

    During the process of planning our wedding we encountered alot of unprofessional companies and by far this was the biggest dissapointment of all. To start off our rehearsal was scheduled four months in advance to be the night before the wedding at six o'clock PM. We were there on time as well as our minister, we waited for an hour completely frusturated as we could not get ahold of Debbie the operator of the venue. At about 7:15 we were about to lose our cool as i was flabbergasted over the unprofessionalism especially because of how much we paid to recieve so little. Also im thinking at this point will she even show up tommorrow to open the place for us, could this ruin our entire wedding. Thankfully our minister who used to work for the city contacted a friend who was able to get us her home phone number. You wouldve thought she got into a car accident or something which wouldve been forgivable but her excuse was that she simply forgot and thought it was the next week. which means if we wouldnt have gotten ahold of her we would have not been able to have our wedding she would have single handedly ruined everyting my wife and I worked for so long to happen. She told us she'd be there in fifteen minutes (another lie) 45 minutes later she showed up and let us in. We got in there and nothing was set up and she also forgot that we paid for the granduer package. She apologized to our minister but not once apologized to me and my wife as a matter of fact she completely ignored us the rest of the time we had there. I understand she was probably embarrassed but ignoring us and never apologizing to us never helped her case if she had apologized to me maybe i wouldn't have went out of my way to write this. So overall Im pretty amazed that a business with half assed operators like this is still open. I have never ran into a place so unprofessional as this one. I get better customer service at mcdonald's It's pathetic it really is. The place is nice but I thought since the price is so unfair and outrageous anyone thinking of having there wedding here should at least know what there gettiing into. And to be fair you really should get her cell phone number. We got so lucky with our minister without him we wouldve been locked out of the building we payed over a thousand dollars to use and everybody that traveled so long to be there some as far as chicago (nine hours) wouldve been out of luck.
