John Trotter is the agent that I go to. I've been with them for almost 15 years and I have a very good rapport with them. Last time, I needed a pretty quick turnaround time for the damage made to the windshield of my car because my car was already going to the body shop. They helped coordinate with the service providers to make sure that while my car is at the body shop, it also gets a new windshield, so instead of having to deal with two separate things; it was all done at once. They sorted all that out for me. I had a hit and run and they helped me sort all of that out as well. They identified who hit my car and then fled the scene. They were very good at doing some of the unpleasant bits of the job of making contacts and sorting that out so I didn't have to. They really do above and beyond to provide great customer service.
