Save Your Money! Don't Go Here! Horrible customer service. Paid hundreds (completely overcharged) for them to replace a part and they couldn't even do a diagnostics test without charging me almost another hundred dollars for the test. Auto stores will do this for FREE. I will never go back or refer anyone to this place, sad because I am huge on referrals!

I have been a customer of Big John's (formerly Dand M Automotive) for more than 20 years and they have taken care of a variety of makes and models of vehicles I have owned. This is the most reliable, dependable, honest auto repair service in existence; they never, ever and quot;padand quot; the bill, perform unauthorized (or unexplained) services and their charges are appropriate for the work done. The staff is meticulous in explaining what needs to be done, how long it will take, etc. They also do routine work (in addition to major automotive repairs), including inspections. I would recommend them for any repairs and for all routine maintenance services.

He explained the issues the car was having and offered a couple of possible fixes. He did things as economically as possible
considering the car was an old Mitsubishi. I would keep taking my cars to him if I still lived in that area. He was very honest.

Always quick turn around with reasonable prices.

The ignition switch in my 96 Regal went bad and would not recognize the computer chip in the key so the car would not start. Mr. Hebert quoted me an estimate of $485.00 to replace it. When the job was finished, the bill came to $303.75. They could have charged me the other $182 and I would have never known the difference. In a time when crooked auto mechanics run rampant, It's refreshing to find a honest man. Besides the good care of my car and wallet, D and M came and picked me up and took me to the shop for free. I would like to recommend them for the highest rating possible.
