Signature Exteriors

Jeramie Beechler came to the house at the time promised and spent approx. 2 hours doing general roof maintenance.  He took pictures of the before and after, made some suggestions, and followed up with a proposal for skylight replacement.
I would defininately recommend Signature again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did a good job. They were good, really nice. Of course I didn't go out to take a look at it but I feel like they really did a good job on it. They were extremely friendly and seem like they knew what they were doing. They had all the equipment they needed to do it and I just felt really comfortable with them when they came out. The price was really good for a couple hours of work.

He arrives promptly. He called ahead. He scheduled the appointment with me online which is nice. He got up on the roof and cleared any debris on the roof. After that, he fixed the issues with the shingles. He broke off a few branches from a tree. He even took out a bit of the gunk that was in our gutters. He pretty took a whole hour with work. He also noticed something that is not immediately pretty much needed to consider getting taken care of. He took photos for us when he noticed that and he told us that we should contact our insurance company about it. He kind of went above and beyond. I’m happy that he did everything good.

They were on time and did a nice job. They were very nice and clean cut sociable young men. I have no complaints at all.

Very professional crew- always on time; finished in time specified; cleaned up all materials very well. There is nothing bad to report because they did everything so well.
The company was very professional, very easy to work with, handled all of the insurance professionally, very friendly; guided us in picking the best shingle color and style. We have received many compliments on our new roof.

The only added detail I would offer is that both Jaramie and his associate spoke English, were courteous, wore Signature Expteriors
shirts.  They took 29 photos of various sections of my roof and gutter, sen them to me for my own records.
If their abilities putting on a new and complete roof match their abilities and professionalism in what they did for me, I think a homeowner would be well-served by using Jaramie and Signature Exteriors.

Jeramie was very professional and so were his workers.  I feel like they gave me an honest answer on the work that needed to be done.  They were professional, on time and returned my phone calls in a timely manner.  I would strongly recommend Signature Exteriors and they will be my first call in the future. 

I purchased a BIG DEAL coupon for gutter maintenance.  They came out to diagnosed my gutter issue and immediately found the issue.  They cam back a few days later and completed the fix.

Went very well, they helped me out in a very time sensitive situation, since I was closing on my home. They even did this in the midst of all the tornado damage in St. Charles. The repair looked great and I was really pleased with it. They even matched the siding perfectly. I would recommend them to anyone, great job guys!

The process went very smooth. Very professional all the way.

He found a few exposed nails and caulked them.    He inspected for hail and wind damage.   Found some but not enough to file a insurance claim.   Estimated my roof has about 5 years left.

We had  leaks inside and found it occurred because of  leak in roof vents.   We had a couple of bids and their bid was the best.  They were willing to meet with our insurance adjuster also in case it was a storm damage situation.   They came out as soon as possible to repair.  Did a fantastic job!

The roof repairs was done perfectly without any problems

se and Earlier this year our roof lost some shingles in one of our windstorms.Our insurance claims adjuster inspected it and told us that he would only replace what blew off, amounting to less than our deductible. We had a sneaking suspicion that there were more issues with the roof than that, as we had water coming in over the front door when it rained. Knowing nothing about roofs technically, we turned to Angie's List to find help. We found Signature Exteriors and hit the jackpot.
Their initial inspection found that we had 3 layers of shingles on our roof - a bad thing. Although the top layer looked OK, they suspected that there were more issues underneath, especially with the aforementioned water coming in over the door. Dan returned a few nights later - at 8 PM, because it was raining then - crawled into our freshly insulated attic, and spent an hour tracking down the leak. Once he had found the source, it was obvious that major repairs were sorely needed. We mentioned to him that we had filed a claim for the missing shingles, and told him what they said. He asked to see the claim, and I got a copy to him. I also gave him permission to deal with my insurance company on our behalf. He took them on and found a clause in our policy that stated that if an exact match of shingles could not be found, the insurance company would be obligated to replace the roof - and that's what happened. We now have a beautiful, watertight new roof that people actually stop to look at! It wouldn't have happened without Dan, Jeramie, and Signature Exteriors. They were pleasant, professional, and really know their work - not just the "nuts and bolts" of roofing, but in how to deal with insurance companies. We couldn't be happier with our entire experience!

Did an excellent job, very professional.

Called, came out within a day or two. Supplied me with pics of the roof issues. performed all of the work that was included in the package that I purchased. Made suggestions about future repairs needed but said that they could wait and if I had any water leaks where he did the repairs to call him and he'd come right out to fix it.

Overall very professional and thorough. I would readily recommend this company.

They found some loose tiles, and they have been working with the insurance company which is a great help.  I am very pleased with their services thus far.

The person from Signature Exteriors was extremely courteous.  He showed up on time.  He did a very complete detailed examination of my roof with pictures and everything. I am going to have him do the work.  I don't know the quote yet because it's an insurance job.  He was extremely knowledgeable and able to communicate with people.  He was very helpful in making arrangements with the insurance company.  All in all he was a thoroughly trustworthy guy.  He was very detail oriented and a very nice person.

Overall, everything went as planned from start to finish.

Jeramie was prompt and professional with every appointment.  Had the materials needed to complete the job.
