They came out and did the work but it took several tries to get them to coordinate it and they canceled on me a couple of times. They didn’t give me any feedback on my roof, so I really wasn’t satisfied with the level of customer service that they gave. I am assuming they did the work but I never heard back from them on whether they found anything that needed additional work or if everything was fine. I didn’t hear back from them at all. I was at work when they came, my friend was there but he couldn’t stay the entire time they worked and they didn’t leave any note on what they did or call back. So I am assuming they got up on the roof and fixed everything that needed to be fixed but I didn’t get any report from them on what the condition of my roof was and I just thought that would be included in it. A piece of gutter was separated from the board on the roof and they fixed that part. When I set up the meeting with them, I told them about that issue but my house is an older house and I wanted them to see if there was any hail damage to my shingles or if there was any other piece of the gutter that was loose. They told me they would do a full inspection that it would be three hours of work and they would let me know but I didn’t hear back from them.

"We were at this customers home for at least three hours. We reconnected the gutter, cleaned out the gutters, sealed all nail pops, and sent a detailed assessment of hail damage and photos of the repairs. We followed up with a couple calls, but never heard back. I just resent the email with all the photos and the storm damage assessment. Hopefully it reaches the customer this time."

We were noticing leaks in our roof and on our front porch area and purchased the Big Deal from Signature Exteriors. They responded quickly to our call and when Jeramie came out he was prompt and very professional. He thoroughly examined the roof and explained what work he recommended absolutely had to be done, and what we could wait on for a little further down the road. I can't tell you how much we appreciated his honesty. The repairs were made quickly and Jeramie was in contact frequently about the work that was going to be done and when. We were so impressed with him and the workers who came to complete the job that we hired them to install gutter guards as well. We will definitely use them again!

I wrote his name down because he was so great BUT I lost it. I think he is the owner. He was very pleasant, patient with my long explanation and thorough. He was here for way over an hour and made temporary repairs which MIGHT take care of the problem..
I am going to call him to replace guttering and new flat roof for the problem area.

Came out quickly to look at job and give estimate on other repair work they thought may be needed.
It took a while to get the supplies because their supplier ordered wrong color
then a worker was supposed to come but didn't do work because he went home sick but this wasn't communicated to me, so it looked like they just didn't show up for the job (it was all exterior work and I was at work so i didn't know if they came or not). They came the next week and did work but forgot to replace the downspout which was on the original bid. This was an error but he sent someone later that week to remedy the situation.

"We showed up to this customers home three times. First of all, it is a rental. The fascia was bent and I stated that in order to fix it, we would need to custom bend the metal, which is a different crew. I then proceeded to do as requested, put the bent fascia back. There was still an area where the fascia was missing. I told her that in order to fix this, we need to purchase a roll of trim coil, send a different crew out, and fix the issue. We attached a bunch of detached siding, provided a full storm damage inspection report, and offered a reasonable estimate to complete the final repairs. We were more than reasonable with price and made multiple trips to this property to fix what was needed. I feel we did what was requested in a very timely manner to satisfy this customer request. There are additional costs involved with additional material and sending a different skilled laborer out to do additional work. This was expressed multiple times. I tried hard to satisfy this customer. I am sorry that you are not completely satisfied. The tenant was satisfied, other than the fact that bent fascia was put back up and there is a piece that is missing, due to the unwillingness to pay for the additional work that was needed."

It went really well, the guys came out and worked very hard, I told them I wanted 2 things done, 1: reattach a piece of metal that had came off the side of the top of my roof and 2: evaluate a specific spot, the the roof was damaged over my gutters and remove the buildup of stuff that had fallen into the side of the roof and was sprouting. They did what I asked them to and cleaned and straightened my gutters as well as they could without my asking them to. They did what I asked and then spent the remainder of the time doing what they though needed doing, and I was very pleased with their initiative. I will definitely use them again! Thanks guys!

not hooked on new house and didn't know about the cancellation. Then
they went to old house and chewed me out saying nothing was wrong
with the roof.
Then they told me I needed a new roof when the building inspectors told
me I had 15 years left on the roof.
I think I am done with Angie's list coupons for a while. It was a waste of $75.

"The description of the service provided and information provided is inaccurate. There was rotted wood that was caused from water intrusion beneath the shingle. I told this customer that she needed to replace the rotted wood beneath the shingle, in three separate areas, in order to protect the interior and fascia. I also stated that the roof needed to be replaced in the next 5 - 7 years, which I provided an estimate for, due to the fact that there were going to need to be extensive repairs. This is a standard business practice, to provide a full replacement estimate when there are costly repairs. There was a misunderstanding about the address, which was my error. I provided this customer accurate and honest information about the state of her roof. I then provided her with a detailed document to send to the seller of the home stating the problem issues. We went above and beyond the Angies list scope to help this customer. I am sorry that she is unhappy, but we told her that we were not willing to just fix the exterior boards without fixing the cause of the problem, which was a leaking roof. I am not sure what else I could have done to make this customer happy."

Jeremy with Signature was patient. We had to put his repairs off for a while and ask him to come after the St. Charles MO tornado. He was right on it and got repairs done timely. The house looks great!

Jeramie Beechler contacted us quickly and set-up an appointment to come out and see what work was needed. This started out as a $69 Angies List Deal for 3 hours of repair to roof, gutters and/or downspouts. Once we had Jeramie on site and felt comfortable with him, we discussed our siding needs. We had extensive damage from the last hail storm which needed to be attended to. Over the next week or so, Jeramie found a very good match for our siding and scheduled the work. We had to postpone 3 times because of the weather, but we weren't in any hurry. His crew came on a clear, no-rain day and got started. They installed a new kitchen window which we requested as an additional project, finished most of the replacement of the back wall of siding, and then came back the next day and finished the back and side. His crew was very efficient and thorough and left our property clean. The siding looks beautiful and the window brightens the whole kitchen and dining area. There was no hassle. The $69 was included in the estimate along with an Angie's List $100 discount. We were very happy with Jeramie, his partner Danny and the crew that performed the work. We were treated fairly and honestly. Highly recommend.

We had some minor hail damage and found Signature Exteriors and glad we did, initially we didn't think we had much damage from the recent storms this year. Jeremy and Dan came out and assessed the property, documented the damage and worked directly with my insurance adjuster to get the approval and got the work done quickly and professionally. My insurance company isn't easy to deal with and we had tried before on are own and were not able to get the claim approved. This is what they do everyday I highly recommend them and if you want to work with a contractor that takes care of the customer these guys are IT!!
