They did great! I would absolutely use them again. They were really responsive and accomodating for setting up appointment times. The workers were very nice. I think the owner came out to our site and he was great.

Will arrived right on time and immediately got on the roof to check out the gutters. After making any repairs, he also checked flashing and shingles for any problems. I felt comfortable and confident that Will had done what was needed.

The work performed was excellent, the guys were very professional, and the cost very competitive. Upon completion, something wasn't quite to my satisfaction, and they came right out to fix it. The only downside is timeliness because it took months to get on their schedule.

There was a misunderstanding as to what they were going to do. The crew thought less fascia needed to be replaced than the salesman and I had discussed; and I thought they would paint the fascia also. We eventually agreed that they would replace all the fascia but not paint it.

"I was here in the winter to run a big deal for roof, siding, and gutters. I inspected the roof, but she wanted the gutter guards she purchased installed. I explained that the gutters would need to be cleaned, which we do not do, and then I could install the gutter guards. She was to call me to let me know the gutters had been cleaned. I will follow up to see if we can get the guards on for her, assuming the gutters have been cleaned."

Dustin and Will were fantastic. They called to be able to arrive early due to possible rain. They reinstalled the siding piece and then inspected all the siding, gutters, and roof. While on the roof, Dustin and Will even removed fallen twigs and branches. Additionally, when I jokingly said if I could just find someone to trim my neighbor's tree that was overhanging part of my roof, Will immediately said he would be glad to do it. He and Dustin then proceeded to trim several large branches. They also insisted on helping me cut up those branches and putting them in my yard waste cans for collection. Next day they emailed me numerous inspection photos they took of my roof, siding, and guttering. Dustin and Will totally exceeded my expectations. They rock.

Dustin and Will saved the day and restored siding and soffit to other proper places. They inspected the roof, noted the age and wear, but indicated it still had life. They did not try to sell any of their services! They did such a good job and were so honest, they will be the first company we will call when the roof needs repair or needs to be replaced.

Best experience I have ever had with a contractor.....They inspected the roof while I was at work and did not try to sell me anything extra...Gave me a good price....And with in a week or so they had the materials delivered and a few days later were here to do the job....Finished the job in half a day...I was very impressed when they were done by lunch...And left my yard as clean as they found it...

Contractor left work to be finished over a weekend. We got 5" of rain and, as a result of the work being left uncomplete, we had a horrible leak that damaged ceilings on two floors. We had major damage to floors, woodwork and plaster on both floors as well. Contractor acknowledged his mistake, accepted full responsibility, and promised to repair/replace exactly as it was. We are in a historic 135 year old house so I was very concerned and frankly skeptical. But, while this was an enormous hassle and difficult to deal with, the contractor was good on his word and went above and beyond to fix everything he had caused. He was very responsive whenever I called and addressed all of my issues along the way. While his messup caused considerable hardship, he handled it so well that I am using him again on another project

Very disappointed that what I wanted didn't seem to matter. Dissatisfied, I don't feel I got my 2 hrs of labor.

"This customer purchased a roof tune up, so that is the technician that we sent. Not a siding repair tech. We provided the customer an estimate for the work to be completed since the siding is not part of a roof tune up. Sorry that he is unhappy, but we handled the transaction professionally and provided information in a timely manner based on the repair needed and the deal purchased."

Signature Exteriors contacted me right away after I purchased the coupon and made an appointment. We had to reschedule because of weather, but they kept in touch with me and did everything in a timely matter. Jason was on time, friendly, explained everything he was doing. He looked at my roof and in addition to fixing the siding, removed an unused satellite dish. I felt no pressure to do unnecessary work and will definitely call them again if I need work done
