Signature Exteriors

Very curious, on time, called in advance. Very helpful and informative with the information. I have not had work done as of yet. He looked into every nook and cranny. :) And actually he even repaired a broken front step for me at no charge.

They service was fine. They called immediately and showed up promptly. They did a thorough check of everything and found that I did not really need any work done.

It was a good experience. We wound up going with someone else to replace the roof in the end, but they did a great job on the inspection.

While the owner showed up on time and seemed knowledgeable, he seemed more interested in pushing me to file a claim to get a new roof from hail damage. After the lengthy process of filing a claim with my insurance company with the snowy winter we have had, I really do not have hail damage. According to my insurance company, the roof is in good shape and this company rep was jumping to conclusions about the amount of damage.

It was okay. They came, they looked around and they followed it up with a couple of quotes that haven't executed yet and get it respectfully and didn't take much time and it was fine and I'm happy with it. I was mistakenly assuming that they would clean the gutters and they've had that confusion before, so he explained that to me about I think I would just help people to clear when they get there and they're not coming to do any work. The advertising made me think that they were actually going to do some work but they weren't. They just came just to look around, evaluate and tell you what you would think to get them. Everything else was fine except for that. I didn't mind the price. They were professional. They were competent. They followed it up to get good marks but they kind of got in the doors along way.

We purchased an advertised deal for $59 for an inspection and up to 2 hours of labor. We had a little trouble with scheduling, had to wait a few weeks and then the provider cancelled the morning of due to a conflict. They later called back and agreed to come in the afternoon. Two technicians came so they were finished in an hour and only needed to complete a few minor repairs based on their inspection. I cannot really say if their prices would be reasonable or how the quality of the work would be for any type of larger scale project or installation. But for the deal we purchased, I felt like the technicians were thorough and explained everything to me, including pictures that were sent later. If we need any exterior work in the future, I will definitely consider using them.

It went great, they did inspection set time to go back for repairs.

They were on time and very helpful. I asked for an estimate for some other work that I needed done, and they sent it the next week. I have not had a chance to get back with them to work out an agreement on future work, but I plan on contacting them soon and using them again..

I was happy with the information provided. I received pictures and detailed information regarding the condition of my roof. I received what I paid for.

The service worked out fine. They did it really fast, and I don't know if they solved the problem. They changed the schedule a few times, but that didn't bother me.

The service was fine and they did a nice job. They did what they said they would do. They were timely, nice and didn't push me into anything else.

The issue was taken care of well and professionally.

Bought coupon,contractor came out and said work was more extensive than coupon would allow (siding work on chimney).Said I should ask for a refund.

Signature Exteriors contacted me promptly and after I explained the problem that I needed addressed, they indicated that the work needed would require a different crew from the one that would be required to do the needed repair. When I asked whether the deal would cover any part of the labor they stated that it wouldn't given the nature of the repair. They will be coming to provide an estimate for the needed repair in the next couple weeks once weather permits. I will evaluate their estimate once I receive it.

Not only did they fix the shutter but they painted the part they used to secure it to the house with a color that matched the blue color of the shutter. I expected them to fix the shutter but didn't expect them to match the paint. Quality service.

They called very quickly and came out within a couple days. We are thinking of using their service again. My wife was quite happy with them. It was well worth the money spent.

We purchased the coupon, and after a major wind storm the siding on the side of our house came loose. We called set the appointment and the owner himself came out. He fixed the siding and also the fascia at the front of the home that was missing. We would definitely recommend this company.

Dan and Jeremy arrived on time, fixed the gutter issue, and found clear evidence of hail damage. Jeremy and Dan put together a full report for our insurance company and a few weeks later we had a new roof! When a few questions came up from the insurance company, they provided all the additional info needed and made it easy for us. Jeremy and Dan were accessible when we had questions, as well as courteous, professional and prompt. Our insurance company commented on the thoroughness of the report that was submitted. We are very happy with the end result and would recommend them highly!

Inspected entire roof, put down a few nails that were pushing up. Re-attached some soffit and facia.

Tornado hit on a Friday night, we called Signature and they were out the next day and had assessed damage and had a crew out to apply tarps right away. They worked closely with the insurance company to make sure our claim was handled properly, kept us informed of all the work every step of the way. Terrific experience.

The Signature rep definitely did a lot for $59. Will use them again.

I purchased service from Signature Exteriors though Angie's List Big Deal. I had a section of loose siding at the rear of the house near a window. Water was entering the house through this loose section of siding, so this was my main concern for Signature Exteriors to address. Signature Exteriors initial arrival time was a bit later than expected. We did a walk around the house as I pointed out additional areas where siding repair was required (gable soffit repair, other soffit repair and loose, unattached siding in rear of house). Signature Ext. also performed their inspection according to the Angie's List Big Deal description. Signature Ext. found additional siding repair required on another area of soffit trim under another gable. Signature Ext. made all of the siding repairs during their initial visit & the issues of water entering the house were solved after the repair of the loose siding at the rear of the house. I would considered Signature Ext. again for future exterior repairs.

Great experience. They were very cooperative, and even went ahead with the repairs even though my roof is a little higher up than I thought. Made the repairs and then sent me pictures at the end.

cDue to storms over summer we lost about eight shingles from roof. We made an appointment and the roofer came out took pictures of the damage and set another time to return with the exact shingles for our roof, it took about an hour to complete the worker took pictures again everything was great. I would definitely use this business again.

Repaired what needed to be repaired. Good job.
