While I was not present during the roof inspection nor the garage shingle re-attachment that was done, my husband, Chris had many positive things to say about Raul. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Raul also checked our roof for any damaged shingles or other issues and let us know he did not see anything that need to be addressed. We are happy with the re-attaching of our garage shingles and will definitely keep you in mind for any future needs.

They were here on time and got right to work. They take picture of the roof before and after repairs so that you can see what has been done. They were very professional and left their work area clean.

The siding installed by Signature Performance looks nice and well done. They were reasonably priced and finished within one day. The only reason they didn't get an A rating is because they left work tools and other debris/stuff behind that we had to call them to come get. We'd hire them again for future siding repair needs should they arise.

I'm very pleased with it. They came out right away and did a good job. Everything they did is what they said they would do. The salesman looked the house over and I was expecting that. He came and said you don't need anything else. Most of my experience like that is you need this done and you need this done. But they didn't do that. They looked it over, he inspected it, and he was honest and said I didn't need anything.

Extremely well - Jason was professional and did a thorough evaluation of the exterior of my house. He photographed the exterior, walked the roof, resecured the fascia and secured a gutter. Jason also gave me information on what will be needed for my home in the future. I was thoroughly pleased with his service, Signature Exteriors, and Angie's List.

After many delays in starting our roof replacement, the crew damaged my ceiling, leaving a large hole. The day they did the damage, the crew started to leave without covering it at all, leaving my bedroom open to the sky. I had to flag them down to go back and put something over it. Once the roof job was complete, I was promised a repair on the ceiling damage and rearranged my schedule to meet the repairman who never called or showed up. Several calls to the company went unanswered. When I finally got in touch with someone, they were incredibly unhelpful and kept bouncing me around to different people, none of whom would actually schedule a repair. My bedroom was covered in debris for two weeks before someone finally showed up to fix it.

"We were doing a flat roof replacement on her home and the roofing system was very old with multiple layers and bad wood. One of the crew actually fell through the bad wood that we had to replace. We immediately called the homeowner to let them know what happened and see when they would be home so we could get in to assess the damage and clean the interior. The roof wood was replaced the same day and the ISO, or insulation was covering the hole, so there was never a full day where there was sunlight coming through, other than before the wood was replaced. We finished the roof in two days and worked on scheduling a time to come out and fix the interior. We had it scheduled for 3 days after the damage was caused, but had to reschedule due to a repair tech issue. We called to let them know this was the case and did not get a return phone call from either phone number we called. I, the owner, was actually out of town camping with no access to a phone when she called over the weekend. Upon my return, we had a repair tech scheduled within 3 days and the repair took place. It did take about two weeks to have the interior repaired due to some scheduling. We offered a 10% discount for the inconvenience, which the homeowner gladly accepted and everything is water tight and taken care of. We did our best to accommodate and complete the interior repair as quickly as possible. We are just glad that the crew was not injured when the wood failed."

"We were at this customers multiple times to try to figure out a solution for her gutters. She really needed to replace them all and install gutter apron. The home was over two story. We resolved to add gutter apron where it was needed the most and replace a downspout that was damaged and unattached. The value that she got for this repair was very fair and reasonable. I will reach out and see what her complaint is, but this review seems very unwarranted."
