"Mr [Member Name Removed] we are sorry that you not happy with the outcome of your bathroom and want you to know that your service and products are under warranty. We do not show that you contacted our office regarding all of the issues that you mentioned in your review, but do show that you were contacted and we did service items on 2/5/21. We also have notes that you proceeded before us to try and service several items that were covered under the warranty. We realize that the delay in starting your project was aggravating, but we as a company did and do show that we maintained constant communication with our customers during the shipment delays we experienced. We as a company and the manufactures of all products experienced delays across the nation due to covid, this was something we just had no control over. When we have large jobs such as yours we feel it best to address all the work in a timely manner and unfortunately that may involve an extended time for labor. We do show that your job was signed off on as satisfactory by you when it was completed per our records, but if there is anything we can assist you with to remedy the work that was performed by Bath Planet we are here to do so. We stand behind our products, labor and especially the warranty we offer. We do not show a record of your call asking for a manager to contact your but invite you to contact our office directly at 636-947-0177 and speak with Darren our production manager."
"We would like to start off in saying that we are a 4 to 6 week company during normal business, and the last several months have been far from normal. We moved your project as quickly along as possible, taking places of people that were waiting before you due to the circumstances. We have tried to communicate with customers as much as soon as we are made aware of delays in product shipment, labor ect. We understand that when you are expecting something that this can be hard to understand and that is why when we spoke to you during the process you were given a discount and a gift certificate for your time. Bath Planet of St Louis LLC went beyond service structure when the seat was on back order at no fault to you or us and purchased a seat for the shower to ensure that she had someway to sit if indeed she did arrive home prior to the install. We understand that your traveling time was an annoyance and again we apologized for the slight delay and thought you were compensated accordingly. The project looks beautiful from the pictures of completion and from the notations on the account it was completed before the Mrs was released from the hospital. We truly hope that you are at least happy with the project itself, even if you are unhappy with the administrative staff. We take every comment good or bad as a learning experience and appreciate your feedback. Please feel free to contact our offices if you should have any further comments or concerns we are here to warranty our workmanship and we fully stand behind the products."
"Ms. [Member Name Removed] we work with licensed contracted electricians and plumbers and we are sorry to hear of the communication gap. We apologize for that, but to date show that you contacted our offices one time regarding your concern and we were out just a few short days following that call. We take all calls of concern very serious and although we cant be certain who laughed at you we will address this with manager of production and again apologize. We have a strict policy especially when there is a leak involved, we are not sure if the plumber was on a delayed scheduled but will look further into this matter. Our system shows no correspondence regarding any concerns of "mold" as well and cant be sure that is what is pictured, since you must have the right conditions and a lengthy time for spores to develop. Again we are sorry for the what you thought was lack of respect and communication."
