Wonderful! I am in great hands with Amoso. They are responsive to any questions or concerns that I have. I also like that manage properties all over St. Louis.

AMOSO properties is always extremely quick to respond to issues at the property. Repairs are completed promptly and at a very reasonable cost. When first renting the property, they were onsite for the municipal inspection and completed all neccessary repairs to ensure the house passed inspection. It was such a weight lifted off our shoulders!

although i have not worked yet with Joe as Property Manager, i have worked with him in different capacities and I have been thoroughly impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Joe has an Engineering background, and brings his analytical approach to all facets of his business. He realizes that every relationship is a partnership, and is committed to fostering a successful partnership between himself and the client. I plan to use Joe in a Property Manager capacity in the near future.

We have about 18 units in St. Louis that we had managed by another property management companies until this year. We were extremely frustrated with the previous provider. We are also live out of state, so it was very important for us to find a firm we could trust. Since switching to Amoso Properties, we have been extremely pleased with their professionalism and responsiveness. We had a few vacancies and they've worked hard and getting those units back online. I can't recommend Joe and his team enough.

A few days after New Years, I left town for work. As I was getting ready to go to the airport, I noticed my bathroom sink acting funny--hot water, but no cold water. I left for my trip, but called and asked a friend of mine to check the house. Sure enough, a pipe had frozen and burst. I called Joe at AMOSO, and he had his workers at my house the next day to assess the situation. (My friend had already shut off the main water supply to the house.) Within two days, AMOSO had repaired the pipe which required them to open up walls in my downstairs coat closet, my master bedroom, and the bathroom itself. All of the patch work was fine. I give them a B instead of an A for "Quality" and "Professionalism" just because they didn't do the greatest clean up job. There was still some dust from the wall repairs they had to perform. But my pipe is good.

Joe has been great to work with! He has helped me turn around my apartments and get them on the right track. AMOSO has been great managing all the work to be done, new repairs, keeping the tenants happy and collecting the rents. AMOSO truly helped me make a 180, turning these apartments into a wonderful profit center.

Joe is a pro - he and his staff handled all the aspects of the transition to his company seamlessly. Tenants are happy - I didn't get any annoying calls - it couldn't have gone more smoothly. Joe is honest to a fault -- he is more focused on the success of the outcome, than telling me what I thought I wanted to hear. A little honesty, and what I learned are a little reality go a long way. I had the sense that Joe was treating me the way he'd like to be treated if he was the client. It seems most property managers are used to telling people what they want to hear in order to sign up the work. Beware of these managers! If something sounds a little too good to be true - or a little too profitable to be true, then it probably is.....

Several years ago, I took advantage of the housing crash to purchase 8 properties for rental income. Because I worked full time, and because I had little-to-no knowledge of the entire process of being a landlord, I needed a property management company. Based upon recommendations, I employed Amoso Properties to manage all of my homes, and I could not be more pleased with this arrangement. The team screens all applicants for credit, background, and rental histories, verifies employment and ability to pay, and, once the home is occupied, handles all maintenance, repair, rent collection, and payment of taxes and insurance. When legal issues arise, they consult their contracted real estate attorney, so that all is resolved successfully and quickly. Amoso's fees for management are extremely reasonable, and I so appreciate the fact that their services are comprehensive. One of the best features of their management model is that a specific agreed-upon amount of the rental income each month is set aside for taxes, insurance, and maintenance/repairs. This means that there are no "surprises" of large expenses that cut into my monthly income when a new air conditioner, roof, or furnace is needed! For trustworthiness, integrity, and reliability, I don't think any property management firm can surpass Amoso.
