Not well. They gave me the option of a flat fee for them to complete everything or work on a per hour rate. I chose the per hour and by the end of two days, asked them to leave because I couldn?t keep paying them. Jeff and a worker arrived the first day. Within 4 hours they had half the sub floor removed in the kitchen. During the remaining day and a half they installed the door and lock but had yet to install the trim, the dead bolt, or paint. They also didn't pull up the other half of the sub floor. I had already purchased the door and all materials before they started the job. Jeff and his helper appears to work very slowly.
