Anthony M. and Austin H. did an amazing job. They finished the project in one day. The clean up was awesome. They were very informative and honest about their work. I would recommend them to anyone needing a shower remodel.

Job was done as stated and very professional looking when completed. They made the experience seem like we where part of the team and was a not a interuption of our schedules. William M was the tech that i nstalled he was phenomenal. Corey was the salesperson. He was very professional and represented the company and himself very well.

Our installers John W. and James S. did a beautiful job installing our new bathtub. They were on time and cleaned up after the installation. I would highly recommend this company and these 2 installers.

I originally scheduled my remodel in June of 2022 and scheduled it to be done 9 weeks later since I was told it would take 8-12 weeks. I was later told that there was a delay and that it would be closer to 12 weeks and they would call me. Well, that never happened and I had to call them and I was told that the item they were waiting for was at the warehouse, but no one checked it in. We then scheduled the job to be done on November 7th. Right after the installation, I realized the shower doors were knocking against each other. I then realized the doors were completely out of alignment. They got a repair person to come out and he adjusted the doors. It did not work, so I called again. The next guy came out and said he could not adjust them correctly and he had to make a call. At that time, I also realized that the tub in the shower was making a popping sound. So, I also told the CS person about that. A week later, another guy came out with the second guy and he determined that the entire installation was problematic and that it had to be taken out and reinstalled. This was in December 2022. The reinstallation was scheduled for January 2023. I got the reinstallation done on January 16th and on January 18th, when I went to clean the tub, I realized the doors were too big and I had to get into it sideways. So, I had to call West Shore again! This time replacing the doors they just installed. I got a call from CS stating that she made the mistake and ordered the wrong doors, which I appreciated. However, did not the lead installer realize he had to get in sideways too? So, my one-day shower install took a total of at least 3 days once you calculate the number of times they had to come to my house to address this problem. I have tried to address this with the company, and they have all gone silent. This shower costs too much for this level of service or experience.

They were punctual, very friendly, nice respectful, all four of my people who worked in my bathroom awesome.

From our first consultation with Anthony, this company was great to deal with. The installers were outstanding. Patrick and Haley were friendly and professional. We had a very unusual space that involved a bath removal and shower installment. They got all the support they needed from the company to complete the job and exceed our expectations. They even went above and beyond in courtesy toward our family- children and dog included. The project adds value and functionality to our house. It is a relief to have a complicated project completed in such a short amount of time!

The installers on our job, William M and Krao B were excellent! They were on time, very thorough and neat. They put down drop cloths and the bathroom was as clean when they left as it was when they arrived. They worked all day and only stopped to walk us through the process or to answer questions we had. I would recommend them to any of our family and friends! The shower looks amazing! Very pleased with them and the work that was done.

I had bathtub, shower replaced. The workers were clean, polite and professional. William and his partner Keilo?? were the best I have ever had to come out and do any work on my house! I didn't have to clean up anything after they left. Just put my small items such as lotion, cleaning etc. back in place.

The technician was Joe and he did an excellent job. He was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend this company for any service you need. I give Mr Joe five stars.

The technician arrived on time and job was finished within the estimated time. Service received was good and technician was friendly. I did recommend West Shore to my neighbor. I was very satisfied with my new shower.
