The service department was great. Kevin and Joe came out and fixed the installer mistakes. The installers, Hannah and Sean, Did a terrible job installing the new walk-in shower.

Will definitely use them again. You can tell by their words and actions that their main priority is to make the customer happy with their new shower. There was a miscommunication but it was quickly handled in such a professional way by all involved. It is so refreshing to come across a company that stands by their word. It started with our design specialist Josephus. Then Dustin Meadows and Michael Ford helped us solve an issue and lastly I canâ t leave out our installers Steven Crawford, Sean Jackson, and Corey Hall. These are not third party installers. They work for and are trained by West Shore and it shows in their integrity and knowledge. They were by far some of the most friendly and professional men. The whole team went above and beyond and we are very pleased with the end result.

The installers, Steven Crawford, Sean Jackson, and Kevin Logan were prompt, courteous , and hard working. During the installation, We were able to check their progress and ask questions. Our floors were protected with covers and the area they worked in was cleaned before they left. The shower project was a success. It is exactly what we wanted. We would recommend them to others with a similar project.

The company didnâ t ask for payment till the job was completed to our satisfaction. They offered options and worked with our budget. The installers, Austin H. and Steven C. were in and out in one day and the job was amazing! They were very professional and made sure we liked it before they left. Iâ d definitely recommend them!

Great experience with this project. The crew delivered in everyway. Installed in just one day and that included the demolition of the existing bathtub insert. Any issue that came up was fully discussed with me and they made sure I understood it and how it would be taken care of. This company gets 5 stars from me. Very professional their design consultant, Destiny Davis answered all our questions and helped us pick out our dream shower. The installers Kenneth K. And Austin Hammonds did a fantastic job installing and answering all our questions.

We were a little nervous when we started the process by calling for an estimate. After meeting with our salesman Chris all our fears and concerns were addressed and relieved. Our service was started about a month earlier than expected and Josh Tyree was our installer. I cannot say enough about Josh. He was extremely professional and the most polite young man I have met in a long time! He worked very hard and fast to have our shower renovation complete in a days time. The end result is perfect and exactly what we hoped for. Would definitely recommend West Shore Homes and their employees to anyone. Thank you, Dottie Priest

Workers worked hard ALL DAY

Very professional company. From the salesman to the installers I was very impressed. Austin and Josh did a great job on the install. In and out in one day as promised. They were very thorough and obviously cared about the quality of their work. 10/10 would recommend.

Alec D and Ally B did an excellent job on my shower conversion. The finished product looks amazing and I can't wait to use it. Financing was simple as well. Wish I would have done this years ago.

Will Morgan did a great job of removing and installing a new tub and shower. He made sure that my floors were protected and at the end of the day made sure the floors were clean.

Steven and Krao did a fantastic job for us! Very courteous, professional and worked efficiently and cleanup up the work area so well you would never know they had been here if we didn't have a beautiful new shower!
